These guys are outright con artists. The initial service call cost $180, which was surprisingly prompt – but that's also a red flag as it suggests they don't have a steady client base. Despite the high price tag, the technician arrived quickly and identified the issue within 10 minutes. However, when the replacement part was added to the bill, things took a turn for the worse.
Instead of simply adding the cost of the part to the initial $180 fee, they're charging an additional $200+ on top of that, making it a total of over $400 for a 30-minute job. It's clear they're triple and quadruple dipping. Throughout the whole process, the technician was asking unnecessary questions about my schedule – a blatant attempt to nickel-and-dime me further.
To avoid getting taken advantage of, do yourself a favor and steer clear of these scammers.
