I recently had the pleasure of working with EJ Duct Cleaning and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their quality work. Their team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They did a fantastic job cleaning my air ducts and I could immediately feel the difference in the air quality in my home.

What stood out to me the most was their customer service. They were very responsive to my inquiries and were able to schedule an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. They also took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had.

Overall, I highly recommend EJ Duct Cleaning for their great work, customer service, and attention to detail. They are truly experts in their field and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

They were prompt and thorough with all communication. More, they respected my house, even returning some furniture that I moved back into place when they were done. They took care of it all and cleaned some really gross vents for me as well as cleaning up afterwards, both efficiently and effectively. They left my house clean, respected, and with kindness.

I would like to say first Julio was very responsive, professional and took care of my duct cleaning in a timely manner.

During the cleaning there was one vent that was missed and I had to point out to be cleaned. The day after my cleaning I turned on my AC and heard a loud pop. I found the top to my humidifier on my laundry room floor. It was not securely placed back on. Also, I’m not sure what products were used during the cleaning but it smelled terrible when the AC was on. In Chicago fashion I had to turn the heat on the day after that and a burning smell pumped through my vents. It scared me as was I thinking something in my home was on fire. I’m not sure if that’s normal and what type of sanitation products were used that would produce these odd smells.

Finally, I noticed one return vent was not put back on and left by my front door and a cleaning towel and brush were both left behind. Not sure if Julio was in a rush but I was disappointed to see the lack of attention to cleaning up after a job.

I'm breathing clean air for the first time in four years in our rental! I could write a short story based on the experience we had. Our rental property refuses to clean and maintain our ductwork, so we took matters into our own hands.

Julio and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Arriving on time is a challenge for most services but it is not for this team!

While I was horrified by the before photos, access to the before and after photos was an incredible bonus and we'll be sharing those with the rental company.

They were respectful of the whole space, wore shoe covers, vacuumed surfaces or the floor as needed, and figured out the best way to get equipment run up to our third-floor walk-up.

VERY reasonably priced as well, especially considering how gross our ducts were. Look no further - they'll get it done properly.

I used EJ Duct Cleaning for my dryer vent passage. I can honestly say he did a tremendous job of cleaning, and even installing a duck vent cover I bought separately. There was so much build up in the vent passage, that he really got in there and cleaned it. Showed me pictures as well. My dryer runs super fast and smooth now. Definitely more energy efficient. Thank you Julio for a great job. Will be using again yearly from now on.

I'm the owner of a local print shop and our carpets get pretty soiled especially near the equipment. Jerry did a fantastic job pre-treating and cleaning the carpets. The carpet hasn't looked this clean in a few years. I would definitely use Brouwer Bros. again and recommend them.

Brouwer Brothers was contracted to clean the refuse chute at a historic residential high rise in Chicago. The service and attention to detail that Omar and his team provided was exceptional. We were very pleased with the overall service provided for one of our valued clients.

Omg where do I begin?!! These guys are the bestess!!! Very professional, courteous, punctual, honest, friendly and just all around wonderful. I had a leak and needed to find the cause because it was my second claim! Steve came out, assessed and made his recommendations and the next thing I knew, his crew came and handled the mitigation smoothly. Omar, Miguel, and a couple others (don't remember their names) were swift, yet thorough. They protected my floors and windows! They made absolutely no mess at all. They removed 3 and a half ceilings in my home and I never had to leave. I'm mostly impressed at how my bathroom doesn't have a scratch as they removed the ceiling and put plastic up there for extra protection. AC was Excellent and very professional. He called me prior to coming and arrived promptly. He explained that the 2 machine made a loud noise, so I would be prepared. ( and they did )
.He told me certain concerns he had about some vents that did not seem to have a good "pull" or suction ability. He informed me ahead of time when he had to make 3 cuts in the metal ducts, so he could continue cleaning the vents. His work is neat. I asked if I could wash or wipe off some of the vents that were exceptionally dirty - yes, he was gracious.
I will recommend your Company to family and friends because of my
experience with AC. He is a diligent and exceptional Employee.

Excellent is the least that I can say. I had an issue and called Roberto who happened to be nearby. He came up right away, brought his equipment, assessed my concerns, assured me that all was well and refused any compensation. Could not have dreamed of a better scenario. AC did a fantastic job. He was professional, explained everything that I needed to know, and was very efficient in cleaning my carpets. He cleaned more than just the area that we hired and paid him to clean because he wanted to make sure to do it the right way rather than the quick and easy way. It's nice to see such a strong commitment to quality service.

My dad is not always an easy guy to convince to let folks into his home to do anything. At a recommendation, we got Brouwer Brothers to come in and clean his HVAC ducts. AC came in friendly and happy to help and showed my dad exactly everything he was doing so I think it really put him at ease. AC was professional, courteous, thorough, on time (even early!) and flexible when I couldn't make it over there myself. My dad was very happy when I finally got there to check it out. Jerry Spencer came and cleaned my carpet today. The carpet has not been cleaned in 10 years and it looks fantastic!

Jerry Spencer came out to clean the lint out of the dryer ducts after a couple previous technicians came out and left without having fully addressed the issue. Being on the 4th floor, it was difficult to reach and clear the lint buildup blocking the exterior vent, but Jerry got creative and was not going to stop until it was cleared. Once clear, he cleaned out the lint from the duct back by the dryer connection. Upon finishing, he ran the dryer (as I had issues following a previous cleaning service) to ensure it was functioning properly, which kicked out more lint to the exterior vent he then cleaned away. While it was a bit frustrating that it took til the third time, I was glad Jerry came out this time as he was persistent and thorough in ensuring he cleaned from both access points, and was just a nice guy in general. Thank you!

We had our office carpets cleaned and they look amazing! They get very dirty with going in and out of our shop and Jerry made them look like new. He was very nice and friendly and did such a great job. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

AC did a great job. He called when he was on his way to let me know what time he was arriving, which is always appreciated.
