We are very happy with the service DBS Building Solutions is providing. Their employees always show up on time and with a friendly smile on their face. We will use them forever because we always get more than we pay for in complements from our customers.

We hired DBS to clean our gym after being solicited by them. They did not clean adequately (to say the least) and we sent written cancellation notice in mid December. We requested our key be returned which was not done. Despite repeated emails contesting billing for services after that time, they continue to try to bill for Jan,Feb, March and are threatening me bc I have not paid. I have repeatedly requested an invoice for the actual dates of service but they will only invoice me that including dates after we canceled (and after which they were trespassing in our facility). I would not have recommended them based on the “service” provided but now I am dealing with fraudulent billing as well.

Extremely expensive, $900 for a < 1,200 furnished sqft apartment and could swipe my hand on any surface and find tons if dust. Cleaners apparently were new, and that is no excuse for the results given after $900

Second time my 240 gallon aquarium decided to flood the living room. First time I called other companies and they scheduled me 3 or 4 days out. I called IDCS and talked with them. They came out that evening. Did a great job taking the water out of the carpet. Today, same thing. Hose popped off and 160 gallons came out. My living room, kitchen and part of family room flooded. I called them and they came out within an hour. Spent 2 hours getting the water out plus he lent me two industrial fans to help dry my area. Thanks again.
