Kohls and his team did an amazing job on deep cleaning my 2bdrm apartment for a move out. They were quick and efficient. Always on time and communicate very well. Very easy to schedule and their price was affordable. Attention to details. We're beyond happy with the result, and will recommend them to everyone.

Being former military and comparing that spotless standard to Imperial Deep Cleaning’s standard, I have to say I’m very impressed. Very good attention to detail. The entire team was professional and had me review their work before moving on to the next room and had no problem cleaning again when I pointed out a few small spots they missed initially. For 3 hours work, they definitely earned the $600 I paid for a very dirty apartment. I had 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and the living room done from top to bottom. Included all windows and blinds as well. Highly recommend this company. Thanks again Imperial!

I found this business via a Google search and the reviews seemed solid.
Here is my review:
1. I was contacted and informed that they would be 30 minutes for the initial scheduled walk through appointment due to heavy traffic. That did not work for my schedule, so he came the next morning and arrived on time.
2. We did the walk through and I was verbally quoted a price that I kept in mind. Now, my regular cleaning company always generated invoices and put things in writing, so I should have simply requested a text or email quote.
3. The day of my scheduled cleaning, I was contacted and informed they would be 30 minutes late (this should have been a red flag).
4. Upon arrival there were two men that were set to perform the work. After my daughters room was "cleaned", she returned to it and the younger gentleman left his hat on her pillow on her bed (unprofessional).
5. When it was time for me to walk through post cleaning, there were areas that definitely could have been cleaned more efficiently. At the time to close out my payment, the owner asked me what price was quoted to me. As a business owner myself, I was baffled. I informed him of the verbally quoted price and he said it is actually $200 more than what he quoted me. I told him no problem, but he would never have the opportunity to swipe my card again.
6. Yes, my house smelled wonderful, however as the night progressed the chemicals aggravated my lungs so I had to raise the windows in my home to air the strong chemicals out. There were also areas that were requested to be cleaned during the initial walk through that were not cleaned at all.

Overall, I do not in good faith recommend this company.

Extremely thorough. The entire crew was polite and very hard workers. They surpassed my expectations!!! I highly recommend them!

Hate is a strong word but I seriously don’t like these people I pray there buisness gets shut down I work hard in save my money for months paid these ppl upfront thinking they were honest people these ppl took my money and clean nothing whatever you do never work with these people they saw a young mother and wanted to take advantage and did take advantage

I reached out to Imperial Deep Cleaning Services for a move out cleaning. Kols gave me a quote, was friendly and helped me figure what level of cleaning I needed. The price I was quoted was very fair and they were the only service I found that had some Saturday appointments. That was a lifesaver!

On the day of the cleaning they showed up 15 minutes early and immediately swung into action. The team were very friendly and very thorough.

They did an amazing job and left the apartment sparkling.

I highly recommend Imperial Deep Cleaning Services and will definitely use them again.

DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

They gave me a quote and on the day of they popped by and tripled the cost without telling me. I asked then what they could do for the original cost and they tried to say they couldn't do any of what was promised unless they doubled the price.

Their work was terrible and completely subpar, failure to dust and even do basic cleaning correctly, they broke my ceiling fan and offered no attempt at repair or even discount. The broke another family artifact and tried to hide it pretending I would not notice.

In summation terrible customer service, deceptive business practices, and shoddy work which is over priced. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY OR YOUR TIME.

My house was totally in a bad shape because I was out of town for some time,I called team imperial to fix it and they did a wonderful job.kohls was respectful and nice .I recommend them at all times .

The absolute best! Finally, a company with a true passion for cleaning. Imperial went above and beyond to help me get my father’s home like new again. I couldn’t be more grateful for the hard work and compassion of this team!

The team at Imperial is attentive, patient, and absolutely professional. They completely all stress I had around moving apartments. They deep cleaned and organized so that my move was seamless and stress free.

These guys are the best! I moved into an apartment that needed some deep bathroom cleaning. I was honestly worried that no one would be able to get the stain in the bathroom out. Imperial Deep Cleaning came over for a walkthrough, gave me a fair price, and then came back the next day to clean. Very kind, empathetic guys—give them a call!

Casilda and her team are excellent. She was very responsive and professional. On time and had her own supplies. She took her time and they do amazing work! My condo was on Ridge in Evanston. Thank you for making my place look brand new.
