Claudia and her crew were absolutely magnificent. We have been using another cleaning service and were worried about starting over again with someone new. But Claudia did an even better job than expected. Efficient, professional, personable, and reasonably priced. I had a literal DISASTER of an apartment. A combo of it having been given to me with the ex tenants stuff still inside and extremely dirty bathroom and kitchen (which i avoided being in as much as possible) combined with me having severe medical issues and not being able to do anything for the last 2 months and having my BF who cleaned everything pass away leading to a severe depressive state was the perfect storm. I can't explain how bad my apartment was; I was too embarrassed to even hire someone for the last 2 months. However I saw the glowing reviews and decided to reach out. They did an AMAZING job. They were running late getting here *which was not a problem at all* but I appreciated getting a text letting me know they were stuck in traffic and making sure it was ok to arrive a little later. My cleaning ended up being a lot more than the initial quote ;however, I absolutely anticipated that and don't thjnk that would be case for the average job. The work they did was well worth the price. I also appreciate that the team was very kind even though the apartment was a nightmare. For anyone debating hiring someone or unsure of who to hire, I 100% would vouch for claudia and her team. I plan to hire them again for Just regular maintenance to prevent my apartment from ever getting so bad again. Claudia and her team were amazing and if they could leave my disaster of an apartment so clean, they can handle just about any mess. They relieved me of a huge amount of stress and anxiety. They were very focused and thorough. They concentrated on the touch points, the stairwell rails, the doors, the counters, anywhere that might have been touched by others.
I was very impressed with them, and they were very flexible and accommodating, wanting to please the customer. We needed a deep cleaning and sanitization of our space and they were able to work us in with 1 day.
They were also careful not to damage our historic building's wood features. We will be using them again in the future!

We just moved into a new office and the carpet had really bad stains that had been there for years. We tried to get them out ourselves but were unsuccessful. We hired Blue Commercial Cleaning which is owned and operated by a veteran to clean the entire 3,000sqft office plus the kitchen. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, they were great! They got all the stains out plus the few areas that had dried paint. I would highly recommend them. We are also in the process of hiring them to sanitize each room once a month for our office.

The home we are leasing needed mold remediation. Our landlord offered carpet cleaning from the water damage, mold issue. The team at Blu were professional and on time. They were quick and understood the situation. The carpet itself doesnt look or smell cleaner but I don't think cleaning carpet for this mold damage solved our problem anyway. Blu Cleaning just finished cleaning the hallways, front and rear, of my multi-family building. It had been a while and due to construction projects, hallways were not as clean as I would like. Blu Cleaning took care of this. Hallways look great, tenants are happy to see this. They set a date and time and were there to get it done. I didn't even have to be there.

We had an incredibly tight timeline, found out on a Thursday afternoon that prior to our move out the following Tuesday that we were responsible for arranging the cleaning of our apartment. To add additional complications we were moving across the country and leaving Tuesday night!
