I have had the pleasure of engaging Blu Commercial Cleaning for a fairly large, complex, and on-going cleaning and maintenance project throughout the Chicagoland area and they have excelled in every aspect. Saul, the owner, and the rest of the Blu Team do a phenomenal job executing and communicating and on the rare occurrence there is a problem, they take accountability and go above and beyond in rectifying any issues.

We have been so impressed with their hard work, dedication, and top-notch client care that we have expanded our partnership into other aspects besides cleaning such as maintenance and they have excelled in those areas too! There is no job too large or small for Blu and their creativity and determination in problem solving has made our lives so much easier.

I hired Blu twice for rental cleaning service to clean a 2 bedroom apartment 2 years apart. Both times, the tenants were very happy with the on-time arrival and professional quality of cleaning. There is some residual dust bunnies that were not cleaned from the corner areas such as bathroom lights but overall, the cleaning is quite good, especially degreasing kitchen and cleaning the carpet.

Blu Commercial Cleaning is a great, reliable, and responsive cleaning service! We use this service twice per week and each time they come prepared and provide excellent services. There is no trouble reaching them with any questions or concerns! They even came out to introduce themselves and check that we are satisfied with their work.

Blu Commercial Cleaning is a great company. Their cleaning crews are very thorough, quick, and keep things very tidy. Of all the vendors I use, they are by far the most responsive. Salvador, who is our main point of contact, goes to great lengths to make sure that I am more than satisfied with their services. They care a great deal about quality control, and perform weekly reviews of their work, and really make an effort to keep their customers in the know of what they are doing.

We had a plumbing back up & your teams came in to save the day. They worked all through the night to ensure our building was cleaned, sanitized and ready for operations the next day. They also came back to bring extra supplies and equipment, and were incredibly friendly the entire time. We SO appreciated your hard work and attention to detail!

I used Blu Commercial Cleaning services to get my new home ready for move-in, and I couldn't be more impressed with their services.

From the moment I made the call to schedule my appointment, I was impressed by their excellent customer service. The team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, which made me confident that I was making the right choice.

When the cleaning crew arrived, I was blown away by their attention to detail. They cleaned every nook and cranny (took the all of the shelving apart in the cabinets and even the fridge) of my home, leaving it spotless and smelling fresh. It was a thing of beauty to watch them work. I was also impressed by their professionalism - they were polite, courteous, and worked efficiently to get the job done. I did a walk through with them and they noticed that some dust had resettled after mopping and they immediately redid the whole floor. Love the patterns they left on the carpets in each one of the rooms, very professional approach and a very nice-looking touch!
