I had high hopes for this company after seeing all the great reviews, but unfortunately my short experience was disappointing. I called to get more information and the receptionist was dismissive and came across as annoyed that I had even called. That interaction alone made me decide to look elsewhere. I wish this would have worked out.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job on our patio. We replaced a wood deck with pavers.
They removed the old deck, taking away all debris and installed pavers in two days. The finished job surpassed our expectations, and we could not be more pleased. The workers were awesome and professional and it was obvious they took pride in their work. Highly recommend you consider Medina Lawncare for your landscaping projects.

We had a great experience with Medina Lawncare! They replaced our sod, installed turf, and re-sanded our patio. The guys were great and very careful working around our furniture. They were able to level everything and make our little city backyard beautiful. I'll definitely use them again!

I chose Medina for recurring lawncare, and at first was pleased with the ease of signing up online. And the first service was provided promptly and done well, so we were off to a good start. But did have some communication issues that took a while to get resolved. But eventually management fixed the issues which is appreciated.

Our HOA used Medina to clear and mitigate weeds in the back of our property last fall. The plan was for them to clear out 3 inches of top soil, provide a liner and 3 inches of stone to prevent future regrowth. We did not receive 3 inches of stone and by April of this year we were already seeing regrowth. They have ignored several attempts by residents to contact them for help in this matter with no response. By this point it looks like no work has been done and we are frustrated with the lack of response or care.

FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY, found a company who doesn't charge an arm and a leg for a semi small job. Needed to get some horrendous half dead shrubs removed from my new home and they came in with a nice low price and got the job done relatively fast too! Will be calling them to set up spring cleaning and other projects I hope to get done as well.

Long time customer. Monday, their crew were prepping a house I am putting on the market. I noticed they had left a rake in the backyard. I called to report it and 30 minutes later they returned to pick it up and brought me some Dunkin Donuts for my efforts. Obviously, it wasn’t necessary but definitely welcome.

Best experience I’ve have ever had with a landscaping company, starting with the owner, Carlos, down to his hardworking staff. Not only was I impressed with the final product, but I appreciated his overall suggestions and landscaping ideas. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Side note, we decided to utilize his company to maintain our lawn, that’s how happy we were with the overall product and excellent customer service.

We are so very pleased with Medina Lawncare. Carlos Medina, Jr. is a pleasure to do business with. My current low retaining wall around my flower beds was crumbling after 25 years and the new wall constructed by his crew is amazing -- and was done the correct way, unlike the other! I also needed new sod and he waited to install until the sod was perfect! I could not be more pleased. His crew was on time and friendly and worked very hard. I highly recommend this landscaper.

Wife had been bugging me for awhile to get the back patio redone and I just kept putting it off, finally gave in, called a few places for pricing and we chose Medina.. The wife could not be happier! Carlos and his team did an incredible job on our small backyard. Turf installation and patio looks amazing! Carlos is very responsive and great to work with. Last minute changes to the design due to grading issues were no problem. Would be happy to work with them again.

They also do Snow Removal. But I wouldnt hired them unless you want all your employees running to HR to file a complaint on damaged cars.
My car was parked right by the entrance of the company when their Truck came in shooting salt all over the back end of my car. The driver quickly notice because he drove out and away from my car as it was a parking lot. To his shock when I open the door because I happen to be inside the car.
He didnt even hesitate to hand me a card. When i walked across the lot to him where he parked and waited for me... I asked why the hell would he start the salt spray next to my car? He just gave me the company card and said to call "its only salt, nothing new, just call, they'll handle it?" But that salt manage to scrape the back side of my Audi... and he knew, just didnt care. Was only there to do his job.

Well i called the office and it seems like they dont care either because they did not care to know for the location. Nor have they have not returned my phone call. So here's the review owner.
