I recently purchased a home and inherited a first-time buyer nightmare. I had all types of water issues that was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I had foundation issues where the water was coming in from the walls and plumbing issues. My plumbing issues only got worst after the heavy rain we received. My basement flooded very bad causing me to remove all the carpet. In the past I have called several plumbers and I would get a lot of no shows and no call back. I had one plumber come out and rodded and fixed a leaky toilet, but give me a crazy quote that was 3 times higher than All Pro. When I called, I spoke to Bob, he was very nice and was able to get his team to come out the next day. That is when I meet Bob son Michael. Michael was super cool and very knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through what the problem was and how the were going to fix it. Bob came out with his team and located the broken pipe. Which by the way was not where the first plumber said it was. That plumber was just full of mess. After Bob team was done, Michael and his time got to work. I am so happy that I called All Pro and got Bob, Michael, and their team. They were very professional, knowledgeable, on time, cleaned up behind themselves and nice. I would recommend them to anyone who is having plumbing issues small or large. They made me feel like family and solved my problem. You would have thought that Michael and I knew each other the way we were talking outside of my plumbing issue. I am praying for his family, and I am so glad that I met Michael, Bob and the whole All Pro team.

It’s a shame. After reading so many great reviews I had a very disappointing experience with this company.I hope it was an isolated incident but I would never recommend this company. It really is a shame.

All pro plumbing is the greatest! My mother, sister, coworker and I have used their services for several jobs. Bob, Mike, Nathan and Nate did an AMAZING job on repairing my broken sewer pipe. I called and they were there within 24hrs. They explained every step thoroughly throughout the whole process; from finding the source of the water backage, rodding and repairing. I'm forever grateful for the team's awesome work! The price was very reasonable, I highly recommend this company and WILL ONLY call them when needed.

We hired All Pro in 2022 to replace a problem length of sewer pipe. The buried pipe had shifted over time and developed a "belly" - a section of the pipe ran uphill, and a bottom piece became cracked.

They sawed through the floor, removed the bad sections, and installed the replacement pipe. They explained what was going on along the way and communicated well.

Everyone was very friendly, polite, and professional. They did a quality job at a good price.

I needed a plumber. I googled plumbers near me. All Pro Plumbing popped up as a highly rated business. I always read the reviews because it is helpful to understand the expertise, customer service, and overall ethics of the business. Well, I'm here to tell you, All Pro Plumbimg lived up to their great reviews. Bob the owner is great. John and Mike are awesome as well. They dug up and replaced my pipe. Afterwards, had it smelling fabuloso clean, by cleaning up their mess! I highly recommend!

Hello my name is Jim, I am a senior citizen. I needed a simple p-trap replaced in my wash machine drain so I can do laundry. I called and 3 days later they came by for my free estimate. They quoted me a price of 300. For a simple p- trap, way to much for a 6 dollar part ,but I agreed , half way through their investigation nate and Fabian decided they needed to replace elbow ND cut pipe and replace and the job will now cost 600 when I asked about taking debit, they said cash only, so to make a long story short I got the the job done for 75 labor and 6 dollars for a pvc ,p-trap 87 dollars versus 600 and maybe plus AS A SENIOR CITIZEN I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF people beware, all rebuttals welcome

I needed a plumber immediately and Matthew came to deliver. He was on top of everything I needed done. Very professional and his level of expertise is phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using them again in the near future.

Don't second guess just pick up the phone and call. It will be the best decision you make in caring for your property and mental health. I recently purchased my first home and a few months in the basement drains began overflowing. I called and left a message. SInce it was well after 7pm I did not expect a call back until the morning and to my surprise I get a call back same day! I scheduled a time for the next morning and was quoted a very reasonable price (for the service you get I would have paid more no questions asked). Bob, Nathan, Mike, and another amazing gentleman (forgive me for not remembering your name) did an amazing job while it was snowing and cold! They explained everything to me and gave me a temporary solution for a problem that will require more extensive work. Prices are very reasonable. They saved me an insurance claim for a flooded basement. Did I mention they diagnosed the problem within seconds of me explaining? A company that cares about their customers and treats you like your family. Thank you so much for your help! I will not be searching for another plumber. They will forever have my business and my families.

Chargared me $300 for sewer rodding esimate. Said preferred method of payment was cash for estimate and full payment if I chose them to compete the work. I found another plumber who was cheaper and more accomadating.

Yesterday ALL PRO PLUMBER came to my home regarding rain water coming into my basement, it had been 25 years since this occurred. Mike and Nate came to my home they explained and showed me why the water was coming up through the two floor drains. After making sure I understood they showed me exactly how they could correct this issue. I was fascinated at how they showed me that when they complete adding the new unbreakable pipes no tree roots would cause this to happen again. The next day my daughter and I watched as they worked digging, pulling old roots out and putting that beautiful pipe in that extend from my house to the street.The owner of the company Bob was there and another plumber, Juan worked with Mike and Nate. Their worked was impeccable. I'm pleased with everything, they were so polite.Their was price was so reasonable, I recommend All Pro to anyone who need a plumber. I'm happy to say their company will serve me and my family in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike, Nate, and Bob, who came out to remove a tree root from my main line and install a cleanout. They arrived promptly and were kind enough to wait for me when I was running slightly behind, without any fuss or frustration.

Don and team were available on short notice, professional, and delivered quality service. For services I needed that they didn't provide they were able to get me referred to a professional b that was able to take of everything that same day. This is s great team to work with.

I've been a long time customer of these guys and hired them multiple times before. Been a year since I needed them, but the first red flag was they tried to charge me double the price they charged the year before for a simple rod out and more then what's even advertised on their website. When I brought the huge price increase to the owners attention, he adjusted the number closer to what I paid previously, a special price for "returning customers", so we scheduled the rodout for the next day. That's where the real problem started because the plumber that was sent out tried to scam me to make a long story short. This is not opinion it's a fact. The short version, he was supposed to do a simple mainline rodout. The man showed up at 10:00 and by 10:20 he was sending me pictures of the roots that were pulled out the line on the rod. When he sent me the pictures my first thoughts was that was quick. He cleared the line that fast. BTW, I been doing plumbing work since 1993, I'm just in another line of business now so I outsource. He follows up with a call and I'm thinking he's calling me to tell me the jobs done. Why this man call me telling me it's roots in the line like that's usual, which it's not, and he couldn't clear the line. Mind you, this is only 20 minutes after he first arrived on site. He goes on to tell me the only way to fix the problem is to dig up the front lawn and install some "special pipes" that the roots can't penetrate. From a plumbers perspective, giving up on trying to clear a line in less than 20 mins is insane, and to immediately switch to such a drastic and objectively unnecessary solution is even crazier. The man tried to turn a $200 job into a $3500 job. Straight up scam. Then had the nerve to want to be paid for the rodout that didn't clear the line, if I didn't want to pay the $3500 for them to play in my yard. I went back and forth with him, then he referred me to the owner. I told him have them call me and the owner, Bob, called trying to back his guy up on the scam. Now it doesn't take sherlock to figure out how this guy learned these scams in the first place. At the end of the day when I started telling him I know plumbing, and I know this is bs, he then gave up on trying to get paid for this scam they tried to pull...
Proof it was a scam: I came back later that day with the proper rod, hired some guys to work it, (cause I'm too old for this ish), and we cleared the line in no time at all without even the slightest issue. So yes, objectively speaking, they were running a scam without question. Beware of these scammers, there's no telling how many people's lawns they ruined installing unnecessary pipes and turning a molehill into a mountain.

I just want to say a million times over All pro Plumbing are my plumbers! They are professional, equipped, and honest. I have been working with Bob and Mike for over a year between rodding and a major repair I knew I needed done. He provided me the most detail explanation for the repair, came out quickly when ever I needed a general rodding and all I can say over the course of this project he has always had my property as well as my budget in the best interest. I will refer him to anyone Chicagoland that needs a repair and if I ever have any other future needs I know who to call

I’m in the process of purchasing my first home and needed to have the water heater replaced before my lender would continue with the loan. They came out the next day and replaced the water heater and ran a new line by the end of the day. Don did a great job and was very communicative and friendly. And the owner was able to get me a new in depth invoice per my request for my lender. Overall helpful and professional! Thank you!

The team that came out today was absolutely fantastic. They solved the plumbing issues in my crawlspace quickly and did a great job explaining what they were doing along the way. They were professional, efficient, and very thorough, making sure the work was done right the first time. I really appreciated how courteous and respectful they were with my home. What could have been a stressful situation turned into an easy fix thanks to their expertise. Today a pipe in my basement busted and of course my first instinct was to search the web and call my family for help. I am so grateful my cousin found All Pro Plumbing and that Don was close enough to my area to help! Not to mention the response time was super fast, they were at my house in a jiffy! Most places charge an arm and a leg just to come and look at the problem but these guys were very affordable and in my price range. Once Don realized what the issue was he got it fixed within a matter of minutes! I’m so grateful for these guys, 10/10 recommend and will be calling them for future issues as well if there is any. 🙂
