I've used this company for several years.They assisted me with two major issues with my sewer. Paul is very knowledgeable. They got the city involved and got my sewer problem solved. I called due to my sewer line backing up, they came the same day despite the fact that they were very busy. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone that ha plumbing needs.Their crew was polite and professional.

Paul and his crew are awesome. We had a major plumbing issue that basically took our whole house out of service. His crew identified the problem and quickly fixed it. They did great quality work and took pride in it. Will gladly use them again.

I needed my bathtub unclogged and my daughter found Father & Son plumbing on Google. I will definitely be using Father & Son from now on. When my daughter called that day, the plumber came out in about 2 hrs, was on time and fixed the problem. I wish I could remember his name but my daughter said he was very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done. I also needed my toilet screws replaced and luckily he had the parts and fixed that also. I was extremely happy with the price and service! very affordable 👌. 100% recommended this company

Last year we dealt with flooding in our basement due to heavy rainfall and our sewer backing up. We wanted to take preventive measures but can't afford a whole flood control system. We decided a clean check system was what was best for us. We contacted several plumbers and Father & Son was the most responsive and informative. Also one of the more affordable plumbers based on the quotes we received. They were quick to come by to assess our situation and also to schedule us in. Their work was speedy and well done. And they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Moy and Lalo did a fantastic job. Definitely will recommend.

Tried multiple other businesses to come out and fix our upstairs bathroom that was leaking into our main floor causing water damage to the ceiling. Some never fixed it and actually caused more issues, others were flakey. Finally found father and sons plumbing and they came out right away, were very thorough and efficient in finding where our leak was coming from and fixed our issue. They were very professional and courteous and upfront and clear about pricing and the issue we had. We also had a failed diy project putting in a sink which they came out and fixed for us promptly. They will definitely be our first and only call from now on if we ever run into anymore plumbing issues and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Elias and Tomas Were Miracle Workers, I called and requested someone to come out, within the hour they were at my house, and did what had to get done and Were in and out Job Done in Less than 15 Minutes! Thank God🙏This company actually has heart they worked with us and covered the job thank you so so much you guys!🙏

These guys did a great job with a drain/sewer backup issue in our basement, (not a total crisis situation, but still not a fun thing to deal with.) They do a steady business and are in demand - arrived within 24 hours and were thorough, friendly, and informative every step of the way. Kept things as clean as possible (it’s an old, unfinished basement) and were super-nice. Definitely recommended.

Had a sink drain line that needed to be replaced along with the related plumbing to the toilet. A new stack was also installed. Elias, Thomas and the crew knocked the job out from the morning into the early afternoon. Satisfied with the work, no leaks, no more corrosion in my drain lines, all new PVC. Even with the tight utility room my house has the crew got the job done.

Paul was an outstanding worker. I called on Sunday at 8 PM, needing someone to come out urgently. Within an hour, Paul and his crew were at my house, ready to fix my hot water heater. I have an 8-month-old baby who needed a bath before bedtime, so their quick response was a lifesaver. They arrived on time, completed the job efficiently, and the quality of their work was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Colin and his assistant from Father and Son plumbing did excellent work. They arrived early and were very careful and worked efficiently. They installed 2 toilets in approx 99 minutes. They cleaned up upon completion and hauled old toilets outside. They were very polite and professional I highly recommend Father & Son plumbing for all your needs. David

I appreciate Paul and his team for their knowledge and professionalism each time I have had to call them most often in an emergency situation. My family and friends have used Father and Son plumbing for more than 25 years. Shame on me for not sharing this review years ago.

Fast and Reliable company with excellent plumbers who get the job done on first visit.

The most condescending person a patient will ever meet. Lacks sympathy, patience, understanding of pcp patients & now, Veterans. Yes, We are all stunned, including many reputable doctors, that she is treating Veterans due to doctor shortage in Tuscaloosa, but here we are. Before she lost job at family practice, she stopped seeing her patients she worked with for years, left them without a doctor to continue treatment, then went to work full time for the VA, because her previous office shut its doors. It’s considerably a higher risk factor for misdiagnosis of the elder. There’s significant amount of patients that have seen her only once for primary care & VA, never came back to her. Patient feedback survey was done at her offices, which started years ago at DCH, pc facility, which shut its doors, then to VA, became quite clear she was considered to a liability for current, future positions she intends on getting.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had an appointment scheduled for them to send a plumber to fix a leaking radiator. Took the day off of work and no one showed up. When I called the office, the receptionist said "Oh, they had to cancel, I thought the plumber would call you to let you know. Don't worry though, we will take care of you." Well, long story short, many calls, appointments made and cancelled (all cancellations by them) it ends up with "we don't have any plumbers with the necessary skills to fix a radiator. You will have to call someone else." Really? You don't have plumbers that can fix leaking pipes? This was not my first time using them, but will definitely be my last. Had previous problems with them as well with a bill. Stay far, far away.
