I reached out to get a quote for fixing my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, but was initially met with a $50 visit fee with no estimate provided. After contacting other plumbers in the area, I called them back. When I spoke with this plumber again, he became aggressive, saying "I told you, I need to see it to give you an estimate." His tone was unacceptable and unprofessional. He then quoted me a high price of $500-750 for installation, despite having all the necessary parts on hand.

Vilano Plumbing provided top-notch service. Their technicians were prompt, efficient, and resolved the problem without any fuss.
