Reviews of local pros in Chicago, Illinois

Villano Electric Inc is worth every penny, responding promptly to my call and showing up the next day. Their professionalism shines through - knowledgeable staff who guide you through each step. They handle paperwork for permits and city inspections with ease, taking care of all details. I'm grateful for their thorough work.

Eugene was great to deal with - he replied quickly and got straight to work fixing the problem. Trustworthy, licensed professionals are hard to find; Eugene is one of them.

I hired Vilano Electric to address electrical issues in my Chicago home stemming from city citations. They provided a reasonable estimate and finished the job quickly and professionally. Beyond the initial agreed-upon work, they discovered other issues and corrected them without extra charges. The subsequent inspection passed, with the inspector praising their craftsmanship. I strongly endorse Mr. Vilan and his company for their reliability and expertise.

Eugene and Chris did a great job replacing my old meter box, ground, and breaker box. Work was very professional, highly recommended.

Mr. Vilano comes across as refreshingly straightforward and trustworthy. He doesn't shy away from the truth and is readily available to address any queries. His reputation for integrity has earned him a loyal customer in me, and I'm confident I'll be working with him again soon.

I called Vilano this week due to an electrical issue that had almost sparked a fire at my two-flat home. They sent someone out on short notice, even as the day was winding down. The technician properly identified the main panel's problem and recommended replacing it. To complete the job requiring significant work in the box, they agreed to do it the very next day. Overall, I'm satisfied with their performance, especially considering the urgent nature of the request.

Our experience with Vilano Electric has been spot on from beginning to end. They're the kind of company that actually shows up when they say they will, explains what's going on clearly, and gets the job done right the first time.

What really stands out is their focus on detail and safety. The electricians were considerate of our space, kept everything tidy, and made sure we understood all the options before starting work.

They've handled both small repairs and bigger projects for us, and every time the service has been consistent: prompt, transparent, and fair. It's not often you find a company that balances speed, honesty, and price in this industry.

I'd have no hesitation recommending Vilano Electric to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy electricians.

They got it right on price and finished fast. Very professional, even went out of their way to put in the filter box without extra charge with the new furnace installation.

Hands down, these professionals are exceptional in their field. They deliver high-quality work that's both fast and hassle-free. Communication is top-notch, with no room for misinterpretation. The end result speaks for itself - a seamless installation of new AC units and ductwork that has transformed my home into an icebox. Zero complaints here; I've wasted hours researching and contacting other providers, only to confirm what I already knew: these guys are the best deal around.
