Ricardo, Tony, and Gerardo all did amazing work! I had them in to regrout and seal our guest and master bathroom. Our bathrooms were about 8 years old and "okay" but the master bathroom shower tiling definitely needed a refresh... all those grout lines were such a pain to clean. They got the job finished in 2 days and the pricing was very reasonable!

From start to finish, this experience left me speechless. I used the web form on a Sunday to get info and had a call within hours. Their online system is one of the best customer interfaces I've used in terms of info and functionality. The estimate guy was prompt and it was a fair price. Ricardo was meticulous with the grout and clean up. Seriously well done for a shower tile grout refresh. You can guess which pic is the after.

Tony re-grouted my entire primary bathroom - shower and floor and he re-caulked the vanity and tub. He did a great job! He worked very hard and put in a long day to finish it in one day. It looks like I have a new bathroom.

Jorge repaired the terrible-looking tile in my sons bathroom tub/shower to perfection. I was so embarrassed to have anyone use that shower (except for my son), and now it could be in a magazine! Jorge also advised me to use a particular product on the tiles and even told me where I could purchase that product.
Jorge was a gentleman and as quiet as possible. I would refer him to anyone.

Tony came out today to replace grout that was cracked. It was a very difficult job to make look good, he did an excellent job. He was also very particular and clean. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Harry did a great job! We needed a repair with grout because we couldn’t find a match to replace an old tile. He blended it in really well and the end result is better than expected.

I was so impressed with the work The Grout Medic did in our bathroom. They helped us replace the grout and had thoughtful recommendations throughout the process. My main shower/bath was in dire need of re-caulking/re-grouting due to wear, mold, etc. Jorges did a fabulous job on it all. Everything looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the work and the price. Thank you all for making my bath look normal again!

We recently had our a shower and vanity caulked by Ricardo, including steaming/cleaning of the area. Everything looks great. The caulking is a much better match to our tile than the previous caulk and looks smooth. The sales representative who did our free estimate, Mike, was also helpful and super friendly. I will definitely reuse them for future projects.

Michelle got me scheduled. Michael came in to do the estimate. Ryan was the one that cleaned and made my floors look brand new. When I say wow… LIKE WOW!!! Service is incredible and the product they deliver is amazing! These are the people you want for all your floor cleaning and grout needs. Let me tell you, my floors needed serious help after the contractors came in and left the floor of my business a mess. So greatful for Michelle, Michael, and Ryan for being so great to work with!!🙌🏼

Very pleased with the job done by Ricardo and The Grout Medic to fix the old grout in my shower causing water damage. He also resealed the shower door which badly needed to be redone. Very impressed with the quality of work and communication by Ricardo and The Grout Medic. I will be using them again for any tiling/grout repairs.

The tile work itself was fine, but the billing and fees left me frustrated.

• They were only on-site for about 9 hours total, but my invoice shows I was charged for 17 hours.

• The invoice also included a $30 “bagged demo materials” fee, even though the demo line item already says “remove and dispose of materials,” and I was the one who actually disposed of the bags.

• On top of that, I was hit with an $85 trip fee because the job total was under $400. Between these extra charges, over a third of my bill was fees for a small 20 sq. ft. project.

• I also didn’t complete the baseboards because their technician advised me to wait until the sink was installed, which left the project feeling incomplete.

In the end, the 20 sq. ft. job cost $455, and I provided all the materials. The quality was fine, but I feel like I was charged for far more time than was actually worked and was nickel-and-dimed with extra fees.

I had the pleasure of having Tony C clean the grout in my shower. Over the years, there was a significant amount of built-up mold, but Tony C was able to clean everything meticulously and efficiently.
