Tile Contractor reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Ricardo took pride in his work and did an amazing job cleaning my shower and regrouping to fix 20+ years of black mold buildup. Also, our estimator, Mike, did a great job. Highly recommend using them instead of wasting your time trying to scrub or bleach things that won’t come off.

Jorge did a great job regrouting my bathroom. I changed the old grout color of the dated light sandy color to a darker driftwood grey tone color matching with the tiles. It definitely looks more modern. And it saves me some money from changing the tiles and floors. Thank you!

Tony was great! He repaired/cleaned the grout in our shower that had mold. The price was fair and he did a great job!

We would recommend using them!!

We had an excellent experience using The Grout Medic of Chicago. Technician Ricardo R worked at our new condo on two separate days and expertly cleaned and color-sealed the grout in two bathrooms and recaulked the shower joints. His work speaks for itself: both bathrooms look great! I am including before and after photos of one of the bathrooms.

We had such a positive experience working with Harry! His attention to detail and professionalism were amazing. We have a travertine shower and floors, he cleaned and sealed everything. Our bathroom looks brand new! Highly recommend, and if you can request Harry as your technician!

Ricardo was very professional and did an amazing job. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and is a very hard worker. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Ricardo. You deserve more then 5 Stars.

Gerardo was great. He was very personable, professional and informative throughout the whole process. He got the job done on time and even fixed a couple loose tiles in the bathroom too. I will definitely work with him in the future :)

Ryan from Grout Medic performed cleaning and sealing of the common area floors in our condo building, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time and communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated.

Ryan was professional, courteous, and took great care in his work. The project was completed within the expected timeframe, and the quality of the cleaning and sealing was outstanding. Our floors look significantly better, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does.

We are very pleased with the results and grateful for Ryan’s professionalism. We would gladly recommend Grout Medic and Ryan to others looking for reliable, high-quality grout and tile services.
