Tree reviews in Chicago, Illinois

Eric was great. He answered my first call, and set an appointment immediately. He came out a week later and trimmed my locust tree in the back yard and my pine in the front yard. Called the day before to confirm and showed up on time. These all seem like simple things but my experience with all contractors just don't go this easy. Would recommend him anytime. Great job!

Phenomenal tree service was fantastic, they have done 2 jobs for me now. Quick, efficient, very nice workers and the best price I found and I shopped around. I highly recommend them!!!😀😃😁

Eric came very promptly & reviewed the job. Men arrived the next day and they were very efficient. His men are very skilled and provided a great service. I would recommend them to anyone who would like a quick and professional job to be done.

Excellent service at a fair price. They took on a very large job at my home, including 15 very large oak trees, and they had it done within 24 hours of signing the contract. They truly love up to their name. Highly recommended.

Eric and team took out two trees. One was in my yard and the other was in my neighbors. They were very professional and dependable. Both trees were over power lines, diseased, large, and difficult to remove. They got the power lines dropped, took care of the permits, professionally removed the trees and the stumps. They even remembered to come back the next day to pick up any remaining debris. Very fair price and professional service. Your search should stop here. This is the place you were looking for to do it correctly and at a great price.

Great experience with their team. They arrived on time and did more work than expected, and they left our yard very clean. Eric was professional, clear about the work they were going to do and was there to meet the crew when the arrived. I'd recommend them to others and I'd use them again.

Eric at Phenomenal Tree Service is very professional and he doesn't mess around when it comes to him standing by his word. Our not for profit organization Grant A Wish, Inc needed a tree cut down that was massive and funds became available and I never forgot him coming out in June of 2018. We tried to raise the funds but we have been finally able to have the funds available. We are extremely satisfied with him and his crew that gets the job dome 100%. Thank you for helping us ...

I put a request for a tree removal on Angies, Tuesday and got a call from Phenomenal 5 minutes later. Got an estimate Wednesday and they came Thursday and took the entire tree out and stump. They did an amazing job, its like that tree never existed, and did it for a very good price. They also pruned the neighbors tree for a good price that was spilling on my property.

They did a terrific job removing a dead tree.very professional and reasonable.. great clean up also!! They are a 5 star company. Terrific customer service!

Great customer service. Very professional. Easy to communicate with. I requested 5 over grown Arborvitae trees to be removed from the front of my home. I am completely satisfied. This is definitely a company I will refer to friends/family and call back if needed. Thank you.

I have to say this company is amazing! I had a tree fall on my neighbor's garage this past December and I was given this company's name by someone. They arrived early and did the job in no time!! I just had them remove another tree from my mother's backyard and they did another amazing job! Thank you so much Eric and your wonderful team. I will pass your number around to anyone who needs a tree removed! Thank you again.

Eric and his staff were very professional and prompt. He had great follow up skills and a good attitude. He also gave a reasonable price for our mini forest (LOL) that needed to be cut down before it did any additional damage to our property. We will recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are great! Fast, efficient, and they are very professional. This is the second time we have used them. First time was for a big job to remove a 90 ft tree (including stump) and this time to clean up two huge trees from the recent storm. On time and reliable and reasonably priced! Highly recommend.

I was contacted quickly, and got a quote from Eric for some tree stumps I needed removed/ground down. The team came the next day and did a great job. They left the area cleaned up which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend!

Great experience! Eric arrived when he said he would for an estimate. His team arrived as scheduled to do the job. Friendly folks, did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them!

The crew of 3 men, including Fernando, Mario and Gerardo did a Phenominal Job. Three 36-year-old Linden trees were trimmed and pruned in an hour and a half. The crew was so courteous, on time, professional, and mindful of my plantings. Great job of cleanup too! I Highly recommend this business, Eric, the Owner and his office staff, and have already passed their info on to my sister and a good friend. The price was affordable and fair.

It is very rare these days to find a company that, either in spite of or because of their name, is simply Phenomenal. The sales team is Eric, who is quick to reach out and easy to schedule a quote, etc. And as good as he is, the delivery team (the tree handlers) is simply a joy to work with. You name it and they excel in it. They're prompt, they're thorough, professional, they're polite, and they clean up afterwards without the customer having to ask whether they're going to pick this up or that. And the nicest thing about them is that they work together just as politely, so the customer just sees a team that gels, is in sync and works together to finish the job as directed. Highest satisfaction possible. Brad B.

Eric and his crew were fantastic. Reliable, with great communication and very fair pricing. Eric set everything up and his crew came to remove a huge tree from our yard in the city. They were professional and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Excellent work and excellent staff. Eric gave a very fair quote and had his team out here soon. The team was hard-working, worked in a very timely manner, and cleaned up my sight afterward. I am very pleased, and you will be too. I have a lot of trees and have used many tree services, and these guys ranked among the best! Thank you!

Phenomenal Tree Service was just that - Phenomenal! They arrived on time ready to go and removed a huge tree for me in a difficult location and made quick work of it. The crew were friendly and professional. They are definitely my go to tree service from now on. 10/10 recommend!

I recently had Phenomenal Tree Service remove a few trees including the stumps from the front of my home. They did a great job including the clean up. Eric his crew were very professional and it was a great experience working with them. I would definitely use them again for any future tree removals that I may need.
