I needed a new water heater installed. Jason was transparent and honest about which product made the most sense. He got it all taken care of within a week of me reaching out. I definitely feel his prices are more than fair and will call him in the future with other work.

Jason went above and beyond to help us when our Sump Pump went out. He arrived before he said he would, fixed the issue, and was out the door within the half hour. We won’t use anyone else moving forward!

The plumber came into my place to deal with my kitchen sink pipes. He started an argument with me, saying that I needed to wash dishes differently. Yet has been over here one time before because of draining problems. He concluded that time saying that there is air in my pipes. Did nothing this time to fix it but to argue with me. Horrible service and professionalism.

Jason came to our home about a month ago to help us fix a leaky seal on our upstairs toilet. He was on-time (actually early), he wore a mask, took off shoes and was so courteous. He was recommended to us from our neighbor and we were very pleased. He explained why we experienced a problem and offered some additional advice on cleaning and care of our toilets. I was truly grateful. In addition, I also more recently called him for an issue with our hot water heater. Again, he came right over, fixed it in no time and offered some maintenance advice for the future. We would definitely recommend Hamp Plumbing!!

So impressed with the quick response and ability to fit our toilet situation into his day. Start to finish extremely professional and very thorough answering questions. Actually offered cheaper fix it solution first, even though we opted for replacing. Super glad I have become a customer!
