I found Jason after a Friday evening water leak left me scrambling for a service call. He responded when no one else would that I called going down a google search. He left the fish fry dinner he was at in order to come help me, and stayed late into the night to do the job right. I haven’t used anyone else sense this day due to his great service and responsiveness. He’s always trying to help you and will go the extra mile to make sure he does.

Very great communication and did professional work for a reasonable price. Fixed a floor drain (also clogged) and repaired a main drain pipe that had a leak. Also put a secondary main water shutoff valve that was not part of the initial line of work. Look forward to using for future work without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Had a horrible stopped up drain in my basement. Jason came over and fixed it the same day! Cost was exactly what I expected. He didn’t leave a mess for me to clean up after he was finished. Fantastic service. Wish I had known about him sooner, he’s this area’s best kept secret as far as plumbers go!

My experience with Jason has been nothing short of great. We used him on a total sewer line replacement and the price, quality and punctuality was awesome. I thought I was going to have to use him to do the same thing on another property but got the sewer to work. When Jason called back on this particular one he was fine with it being done already to where many companies have attitudes. The professional way he handles things will make him my go to from now on. Late, rude, lazy, and poor communication best describes my interactions with Jason Hamp. We had an appointment but he was two hours late. Couldn't reach him by phone to see if he was still coming. He finally showed up and gave an excuse instead of an apology for being late. Didn't have the parts so had to run "quick" to Menards. He shows back up an hour and a half later to finish the job. When I received the bill I was not only charged for his hour and a half trip, his time for the repair plus some, and his 1/2 hour time to write my invoice! NEVER AGAIN!

Have used Jason for over 5 years and he's been nothing short of exceptional. He has been prompt and helpful and willing to answer a call when we needed him. His customer service is top notch and the quality of work is above expectations. His pricing is reasonable or better than most. Would recommend for commercial and residential alike.
