The windows were clean but I had asked them to make sure the tracks were clean so that when I replaced the screens I wouldn't have to worry about the junk/spiders that had accumulated in them. Now a week later as I am cleaning I am having to spend hours removing all that gunk from the tracks.

The window washer Vlad did a wonderful job washing our 20 plus windows of various sizes and a large sliding door, cleaned all the fames. He was quick and very professional.

I hired Property Refresh to power wash my house and do a gutter cleaning services. Hands down, best service i ever used and i went through a few company over the time. My windows were sparkly clean and the service was quick and efficient performed by two young men with one working inside and one outside. I had next day service which may have been because my work was in August. Not sure of the busy spring/fall service.

It was a so-so job. Every little thing was extra. Even taking away a sticky spot in the outside glass was extra but it was done anyway. The bottom track was left half way done and my wife was cleaning for half an hour. All mud was left in the corners. The windows(glass part) were done satisfactory. Next time, maybe, we'll get done better. Thanks

The 2 young men who came out to wash my windows did a very good job. They explained pricing well, did exactly what I asked them to, and my windows look amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Vinny arrived as promised even though I had to change start time. He gave me the quoted price and promptly got to work. He finished in short order as we have smaller windows in a single story house.

Frank arrived within the specified timeframe to clean my gutters. He also made a minor repair to a downspout. Pricing was fair and I will definitely use this company again in the future.
