Technician was very helpful and nice but the chemicals given to him for spots were very weak and didn’t work! He did work hard to remove spots in family room but in bed rooms and office spots are very much visible 80% . After drying it feels I didn’t get the carpet cleaned as my rest of carpet was always clean but spots are still there and that was the reason to get carpet cleaned!
