We had just moved into our home and had issues with the downstairs air conditioner freezing up. Our home warranty directed us to Reinhold Heating and Cooling. We ended up with needing them to come out twice and both times they were able to get to our need within 24 hours, which was surprisingly quick and very appreciated. We ended up replacing both the Heating and cooling units and Jon was able to get us a fair price without price gouging us and they were able to install the units within 24 hours of us ordering them. His coworkers Luke and Ryan were very courteous, punctual, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. My dad did this kind of of work in the past and I must say Jon reminded me of him quite a bit, very honest, genuine and willing to go above and beyond. I cannot think of a higher compliment to give to Jon and his coworkers. We would not hesitate in the least to recommend or use this company again. We are very grateful that we were directed to them. These guys are great! My AC went out and they were there the next day to troubleshoot. Ultimately had to get a new AC and they were very prompt to replace. I had a wonderful experience with Reinhold Heating & Cooling. Emailed them Friday around 11am cause my AC hadn't been working for 3 days. I had called a different company and they would tell me they would make it out to check out my A/C but then never show up and never give me a time frame when they would show up, so I called Reinhold Heating & Cooling and they were out the same day and got us fixed.
