Reinhold Heating and Cooling was outstanding when our AC broke down. They provided helpful troubleshooting tips to try before charging for a service call. When those didn’t work, their technician arrived promptly the next morning and fixed a simple capacitor issue in just 15 minutes. Remarkably, a family member had the same issue that day, but another company charged them $300 more for the repair. I’ll be recommending Reinhold to everyone I know for their heating and cooling needs!

5-Star is what you deserve and what you will get. Please read this until the end of the review. I have called on Inman Air over the past 5 years. That many years ago my initial call was a second opinion because another unnamed HVAC business told me I needed a new furnace as mine was not repairable. That proved to be false after a several hundred dollar repair. Fast forward to the end of May this year and my first call was to Inman when my +20-year air conditioner stopped running. By chance, a technician was up in central Madison County and was over within an hour. It was quickly diagnosed that this was the end of the lifecycle for the entire unit. Within 25 minutes of departing my house Inman Air called back with a reasonable price on a top-tier HVAC and was able to install it within a day. The technicians were efficient, tidy, and courteous. Thank you Inman Air.

Craig was a huge help with replacing the capacitor on the condensing unit and getting our AC back up and running in no time! We spoke at 7am and he was at our house the same morning! Would highly recommend!!!

Had an entire unit AC and furnace installed. I haven't been happy since the beginning. Multiple service calls a year, and was told that they "probably" installed a unit too small to cool our home. It was then suggested we buy a few window units, because fixing their mistake of incorrect sizing wouldn't be covered by warranty. We've had coils replaced, a leak fixed, and
a recharge almost every summer, yet AC still doesn't cool properly. Furnace does work, but filter box was installed sloppy with aluminum tape everywhere that we have to remove and replace EVERY. SINGLE..TIME we change our filter. A couple years ago, my husband called and asked for a spring maintenance check and the technician used our water hose and sprayed off the unit. Didn't check anything beyond and charged $50. Sadly, we were stuck using their services., as the contract stated our warranty would be voided if we used any other company. Extremely disappointed with the company. Would NOT recommend.

Craig and his team not only replaced my whole system in a day, up until I got my finances approved (pricing was also phenomenal), Craig was personally coming out to make sure my leaking system was still functional enough to get us through this recent heatwave.
His team was fast, courteous, and answered all my questions. 10/10 service.

Right as I was getting ready to go out of town for 4 days, my outside exhaust pipe for my furnace froze over and my heat went off. I was worried that it might do it again while I was out of town as the temps were going to be below 0. I didn't have anyone that could stay at my house so I called Craig at Inman to see if he could check it each day. While it was a strange request, he said yes without any hesitation. He checked on my house each day and made sure the heat stayed on while I was away. And, he didn't charge me. I can't thank him enough.
