Reviews of local pros in Cortland, Illinois

Great service. Always there when you need them. Prompt responses - always!!!!

Nate did a great job. Personable. Kept me informed.

I highly recommend Joiner's HVAC. I was able to get same day service on 6/18/24 during a major heat wave. Natale was extremely knowledgeable, professional and really listened. So many times companies pressure you into the most expensive option. He worked with our budget and was able to expertly diagnose the issue (a bad capacitor) and replaced it. We have definitely found a reliable, honest company with great prices. We will use their services in the future and will know that they have our best interests in mind. Thanks!

Josh, you guys are the best!!! Thank you so much for your prompt and professionalism as always!!!

Super professional, and helpful. Went of their way to help me diagnose any issues properly.

Our air conditioner went out during the heat wave. Josh came the same day and fixed it! Thank you so much for your prompt service!

Joiner hvac is very fair priced and are very quick to get back to you. The service is great and very knowledgeable.

Josh and Natali were great to work with! They are very nice and came out the same day I called about an AC issue. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone else!

Couldn’t be happier with Josh and his team. We unexpectedly had to replace our entire HVAC system (of course the week of 4th of July and with a kiddo in the house with an ear infection) and even with the holiday he was able to get us up and running quickly. He is very responsive, I reached out on a Sunday and he got back with me same day to come by the next morning. As it turns out, not only was our old system over 20 years old, it wasn’t even the proper size for our home. The process to order, finance and install was quick and painless and we were so grateful he could be so speedy. Our house has never been more comfortable! Thank you, Josh!!

Josh came same day (AC went out during a heat wave) and repaired the problem immediately for a very reasonable price. Also gave great advice and product recommendations for a separate problem we were having. Super trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly...a great company!

Following a routine AC check-up, a different company recommended a rather expensive diagnostic work up on my 4 year old AC unit!! This sounded suspicious. I contacted Josh and he took the time to first talk over the phone, then came out to assess the AC function. It was a simple repair, immediately resolved. Josh is a true professional. I'm so glad I now have a local HVAC company I can trust!

Excellent workmanship and knowledge took time to address all my questions completely. Highly recommend this company

A true professional all across the board. He stepped up big and was able to get me a fast and reasonable quote as well as scheduling service quickly! Not only that be he was respectful and saved the day. Highly recommended!

Firendly, fast service, willing to go the extra mile to get us back up and running. Josh drove to Rockford last hear on XMas Eve to get a part for a broken furnace and it was running later that day.

Josh and his team are so trustworthy and honest. Only company I use for my HVAC. 5 stars!

I'm a pleased new customer of Joiner's. I used them for seasonal checks on 2 rental properties. Going into a heat wave weekend my tenant informed me at 5 PM on Thursday that the house was 4 degrees above the set point. I contacted Josh and he said he'd get on it the next day, hopefully by late morning. The system was up and running shortly after noon. Can't thank him enough for the quick service!

Our furnace wasn't working properly and Josh, the owner, came over promptly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had it working properly within an hour. Highly recommend!

Josh and his team are incredible! No one loves it when their AC goes out on a hot August day. And no one wants to pay for the repair!!! But when you have to, Joiners is the way to go. Josh talked us through our options and we never felt pressured. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have had Josh come for repairs and he is awesome! He got there quickly, despite it being a busy day for him. He is kind, fair, and honest. He explains what’s going on, what he did to address the issue, and he is patient and gives you time to ask questions. I’ll call him every time I need repairs.

Josh was able to come by on short notice and get my furnace working properly. Great service and price. Highly recommend

Joiner’s HVAC is an amazing company. Josh and his team are professional and top notch. Their response time is fantastic. I trust and recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!!
