Reviews of local pros in Cortland, Illinois

Met Josh (Joiner HVAC) after the previous HVAC service hooked up our furnace incorrectly and tried to sell us a “New” furnace when it was actually parts for our existing furnace that he was trying to sell. Found Josh on Facebook. He promptly came over that evening corrected the problem and said our furnace was in good condition, no need for any parts. That same furnace is running good still 4/5 years later. Josh Joiner is very professional and knowledgeable. He is also trustworthy and kind. We 100% recommend Joiner HVAC!!

As always, Josh and the whole team at Joiner's provide exceptional service. Always fair, fast and professional - I'm calling them any time I need HVAC service!

I was so pleased with the quick response of Josh as well as the expert service and professionalism of Natale! As with all of my encounters with Joiner HVAC, my concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently, with patient and complete explanation of the repairs and recommendations. Thank you for consistently excellent service and pleasant and knowledgeable employees!

Josh was friendly and respectful, responded quickly on the weekend, and kept me informed of everything. He did the repair and went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean and operating as it should, and event sent photos. I will be calling him for the next repair

Josh was fantastic. Furnace stopped working last night he was able to come out the next morning when we called. Replaced the board on the furnace on the spot. Probably gonna have to replace furnace and AC they are 18 yrs old. We will definitely use him to do the work.

I’ve been using Joiner’s HVAC for several years and have been very happy with their work. My work with Joiner originally started as a second opinion as the first vendor would only quote replacement of the furnace. Joiner didn’t push for full replacement of my furnace. Josh helped give me the information needed to decide which option was appropriate and did not pressure me to choose one option over the other. They’ve been my go to ever since.

Excellent local business! We needed some extensive HVAC work done on our 125 yr old home in Sycamore. After three quotes, Josh not only had the most reasonable quote but, also, explained more thoroughly the several issues at hand. RJ ran all new ductwork throughout the basement. Coming from the trades myself, that work was done by a true craftsman!
On a separate issue, our furnace wasn’t generating enough heat on a very cold day and Josh was able fit us in , Same Day, to repair.
I will recommend Josh Joiner to anyone looking for HVAC service in our area!
