My Lawn Specialist, Edmund Carey arrived early, and alerted me that he was about to start the job. He was professional and very knowledgeable about how I should proceed with my lawn care going forward. I feel like he covered all areas
thoroughly. If possible, I would like to utilize his services in future applications.

I had service tech levelle come to my house for treatment only he didn’t treat anything. He sat in his truck, played on his phone, messed with equipment and then proceeded to throw a tru green flag in my neighbors yard. I was only able to see him not do my yard because I was ensuring my dogs weren’t barking so early in the morning when they saw him and I have a huge front window he never once made it to my back yard to treat it. I will be cancelling services as they are trying to still charge me 35 dollars for something that was never done.

Because of our current TruGreen specialist that comes out to our home currently. Our lawn looks very nice and healthy.

So far, I have great experience with true dreams. My line is in pretty bad shape but too great. They promised they would take care of it after they take a while and I do understand that but I’m confident the deal and prove my mind overall.

It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Blair and knowing that he is the professional providing service on my block, most of the time. He is kind and courteous and understanding of my moderate mobility. I look forward to our continued cooperation toward improving my lawn.

TruGreen does a great job. My grass is greener than it’s ever been after only 2 applications.

For ten (10) years and counting, our family has stayed with TruGreen because they continue to be the Number 1 Lawn Care org. that hire the right people to do the right job. Today, our Customer Service Rep, Alonzo C., was very professional, was on time, rang the door bell, patiently waited, extremely courteous, gave clear directions on what service that he and TruGreen were going to provide on today. I highly recommend TruGreen.

Richard H. Has been our service guy for gosh it feels like close to 10-15 years! He’s one of those rare individuals that treats their customers like friends. He’s absolutely meticulous about his work and always goes above and beyond!

First of all they charge my card 216.85 which I wasn't supposed to be paying. How can you just charge a price and take money that wasn't even supposed to be taken. I will not ever go back to this mess again. It's sad that when you pay your bill and than they over charge you. Have a good day

Lawn went from weeds last two years to very little. Timely turnaround time if needed extra application.

I heard some not so good things about tru green but I needed the service so I made a go for it and after 1 visit my weed infested grass showed significant promise. Tree like weeds are gone. Looking forward to the fertilizer process. My grass is going to look prestine😁.My service man, Blair was Provided excellent customer service and he was very informative teaching someone like me without a green thumb what to do.

My specialist AAREON H. just finished my grass treatment.He has done a great job (for he is the specialist who come most of the time)getting and keeping my grass looking great.He has explained what he is doing and what effects it should have on my grass.Thanks TruGreen,way to go AAREON H.

Both Anthony and Callen did a wonderful job aerating, overseeing and fertilizing my lawn. They were both timely, friendly and professional.

I have been using TruGreen for 3 years now. My neighbor doesn’t take care of their lawn and all their weeds were taking over my lawn. TruGreen fixed all that and now my lawn is the envy of neighbors.

Absolutely awesome!!!! Please invest in your yard!! My grass has become an eyesore. I’ve watched the weeds get worse every year all over like a virus!!!! My friend suggested TruGreen. I went online on EASTER and left my information. Maybe 15 min later, someone called. The person was very informative and polite. While I was at work Mr. Washington at TruGreen, came and worked a miracle. It’s only been 24 hours, and I can tell the difference v/s my neighbors. I was left a report, that’s like a lawn report card. Overall just extremely a great experience. I’m looking forward to my relationship with TruGreen. I’m optimistic that my grass will once again be healthy and beautiful, like it was 10 yrs ago. I wish I would have called them sooner. Instead of spending a lot of money on “do it yourself “ products!!! Save yourself time and money, and give them a try!

I paid for 4 months of mosquito spraying but trugreen never confirmed or came for any of the schedule service dates and there was never any reason given. I just was blown off and I did call to reschedule twice and the same thing happened the dates were missed again. It was only when I canceled completely did they offer a break in the price. Such a waste of time how do you stay in business? I know customer service sucks these days with a lot of service businesses but this experience is a new low. I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of tru green.

The one star is for getting all of my money back that service is the only one you can apparently handle.

I have been using Trugreen since the beginning of the 2025 season and they are having problems keeping the weeds out of my lawn. I’ve had a couple of reapplications performed yet the weeds still seem to be growing strong. if they cannoteliminate the weeds, I will not be using them next year.

My technician Darryl W was awesome. Greeted me with a smile. He assured me he would address the weed issues around the edge of my yard. I feel like he took the necessary time to address my concerns! Thanks Darryl.
