The young lady that came by is excellent! I have met her before and she listed to my needs and she dis an excellent job! I feel comfortable knowing that she will be taking care of my yard if I am not able to be present.

I enjoy being notified when my appointment is coming. If I need to ask a question to the technician they are there to answer it.

Cornell Blair was very professional and respectful he answered my questions and gave me advice on what I needed to do and he was mindful in closing the gate very nice guy thank you tru green

As I watched the tech service my grass I determined that he really took his time and made sure he covered the entire area. Job well done. If I can request this tech each appointment will be appreciated

My experience with my technician is great. He was very knowledgeable. I asked questions regarding my lawn service and maintenance and he explained everything in great detail. Loving the results I’m seeing so far and look forward to a beautiful lawn this year!

My grass is coming alone it’s taking time to get it green green but it’s worth the wait. Ask questions when they come,why you not seeing results other than that it’s ok.this is part of my yard its coming alone good I have to water it more other than that it’s all good. Thanks Christopher for the advice on how to keep it looking good between the treatments

John, who serviced my property did a great job first applying fertilizer spray carefully around the perimeter and then at the rest of the lawn. i appreciate his service to make my lawn weed free.

After second aplicación they end burning my yard and saying that was cause by heat, but all my neighbors yards are still green without any applications or even water, very disappointed that they are not accountable for their mistakes

Raul, the lawn care technician who has attended the care of our lawn on two different occasions performs at a very high caliber of services as compared to the two other lawn care technicians. As long as Raul is the technician who services my lawn, I will remain a customer of TruGreen Lawn Care. Raul applies all applicable lawn care fertilizers and weed removal chemicals over the complete lawn without cutting corners or just applying one element of lawn care. I've witnessed the application of the other technicians on my CCTV, they do not apply complete lawn care to the lawn, never explains anything and leave immediately without notice. Raul explains what he is going to apply to lawn, explains what he does after completion of services prior to leaving.

Everything went well Mr. Richardson does his job every month in full detailed , I Especially like the tracking device where I can see when Trugreen is arriving on my home campus

I must admit that since I've been using True Green my lawn look much better than before. I do get compliments. They come on a regular basis to care for my lawn.

Started trugreen Early Summer 2021. Here it is spring 2022 and my lawn looks worst than last year! Manager called and was not only rude but said all they can do is irrigate and seed in the fall. He then told me I would still need to seed on my own (What’s the point of paying Trugreen?) Another summer with a bald lawn even after $500.

Even though they tell you it’s a money back guarantee that is a lie! Just do it yourself. Don’t waste your time or money on Trugreen. They set false expectations and don’t keep their word.

All the technicians just past blame on who came before them to service.

Word of advice, if you can’t do what a customer is asking, don’t take their money and let them know it’s not the service they should get. Honesty is always the best policy!

My True Green Service Agent Scott D. is very courteous and conscientious when servicing my property. Dedicated service employees like Scott are good stewards for the Tru-Green name brand and why customers like me would be inclined to continue their service contracts with Tru-Green.

Bryan R. is always thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the products he is applying to our yard; including around our garden.

My lawn was a mess. Full of weeds, dandelion and crab grass. Since my monthly treatments my grass looks amazing. Technician is polite and explained what was being done.? I must say True green speaks for itself because thanks to them my grass is truly green

The representative was very professional and informative on how he handled the entire appointment. I needed to leave for a previously scheduled appointment but, he wanted to share information on a possible grubs issue. I was hoping he would be able to reach out by giving me a call please on my options for treating the grub issue.

TruGreen treatment we receive has been great! No weeds, lawn has remained thick and healthy.
The TruGreen associate, Tanis, who has performed treatments in the past for us, did an excellent job as usual. He is friendly, courteous of our property and does a great job on our lawn treatment.

Damone D is an amazing representative and such an asset for your company. He is extremely knowledgeable about lawns and weeds. His suggestions for improving my lawn make a lot of sense. And by the way, I never felt like he was at my house trying to sell me anything! I believe his one and only priority was to only provide the best service possible for his clients.

I'm editing this review because I want to make certain TruGreen understands how wonderful this young man is. Damone is not only a knowledgeable professional, he is smart, engaging, upbeat and extremely conscientious. He exudes kindness and honesty. He is exactly want you want in an employee. TruGreen, you are lucky to have Damone D as your employee!
