I brought my Klein fish tape in for service. Never received a call, nothing. After a few months they lost my fish tape. They also don't remember I was there.

Beware with the guy long hair, brown skin, Latin face, him behavior is angry and not friendly. he need a training about costumer service.

I stopped by to look for electrical supply, it's closed the middle of the day is somebody walking inside. Try to open the door it's locked. But I don't know why it says it's open all day until 5:00 p.m.

Norb & Sons have been wiring up our CNC Machines for years, always quick to respond and very fair.

If the rating scale went to 100, I would give Norb & Son's a 100+++. Norb & Son's came out to give me an estimate after I had already received an estimate from another electric repair company for recent storm damage. The estimate I got from the first company was $2500 over Norb's estimate. When Commonwealth Edison came to complete the repair, after Norb did their repair, they told me that the first company was trying to scam me for repair that didn't need to be done. They also commented that the work that Norb & Son's did was quality work. They said it was one of the best repair jobs they had seen. I am recommending Norb & Son's to everyone I know!
