We had them out 2 times for two separate issues over the course of a few years. Extremely professional, polite, fair in their estimates and the quality of their work is absolutely A+. We can’t say enough good things to reflect the wonderful experiences we have had with them. Getting ready to have a new ceiling fan installed. Trust them. You will not be disappointed.

They are honest and reliable. They got back to us promptly. And we really appreciated the time they gave in evaluating our problem. They told us exactly what work needed to be done. We ended up saving a lot of money because they were so helpful in telling us what needed to be fixed compared to other electricians we had evaluate our problem. Definitely would recommend! They are the best in the Midwest!

Norb and sons came in and did a full warehouse lighting installation as well as restoring our fuse box back to normal after issues caused from overloads. Very responsive, helpful, and quick to have quality work done.

Had this company come to my home for a service call with electrical problem, (lights out in 3 bedrooms along with outside landscaping lights), called and they were at my home in 20 minutes. That in itself is surprising. The owner fixed the problem within 15 or less minutes and didnt charge me a full service call but a VERY modest service charge instead. Other companies charge upward of $150.00 just to come out. I always like family run companys, you cant do better than that. I will always call them again for any problem and will tell friends and family to do the same. Thanks again Norb & Sons

From start to finish Norb & Sons has been incredible. Everyone we have dealt with has been very nice and professional. While they were installing items for us they noticed some issues with the wiring in the walls and were quick to offer solutions. We really appreciate all the work they did for us, everything looks wonderful! Highly recommend!

I was having an issue with my dishwasher circuit and saw that I had power at the circuit breaker but not at the wires going into the appliance. I called Norb and Sons thinking that I had a wiring issue but Tom had me check for a switch I did not know I had which was the cause of the problem, saving me from having to pay for a service visit. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness and will be calling Norb and Sons for all future electrical work.

Not able to solve the problem which was a quick fix for a different repair person. Transformer in the attic was out. After spending several hours with the very kind young men from Norb and Sons, the issue was not resolved. Had to contact another person to do the job.

What happened to quality and reliability?
I am rehabbing a home that needed all new electric. The communication had been non-existent and the work suspect. Tom sent these 2 kids in to do the work. They come for a couple hours at a time, make a horrible mess and nothing works. Don't show up when they are supposed to and absolutely won't communicate. So frustrating. Working on trying to replace them now.

Family values and ethics in business are alive and well at Norb & Sons. The workman sent out was always polite. But due to the nature of the job, we had some bumps along the way. Suffice it to say, ultimately the company behaved in a very ethical manner. I hope to give them another try in the future
