Had a very old water heater that began leaking. Called Green Tech because they are local to me and had great reviews. Getting a quote was easy over the phone. A brief description and sending them a few pictures of the existing water heater and its accessibility in my basement was all they needed to give me a quote. They were available to do the removal and install the following morning. Kyle was the plumber who came out. He was great. Nice guy, knowledgeable, tidy , highly skilled plumber, nothing but nice things to say about him. Kyle had us up and running with the new water heater before lunchtime. I highly recommend Green Tech. My experience mirrored all the great reviews they show here. I’m sure all the guys they send out are great but I can personally vouch for Kyle. He did a great job. Ask for Kyle if he’s available! He replaced our broken kitchen faucet, finished what we started with installing our new water filter, and showed how to remove excess sediment from our bathroom faucet which was a little blocked up – a teaching moment.
