My go to guys for plumbing. I haven’t had another company perform plumbing in my house for years. The Plumbing Smith are my go to guys.

So disappointed in service and lack of response! After rec by a friend 2 years ago, had plumbing smith clean pipes of tree roots in yard. Done every other year as preventive after root issues through the years. Had them come again on 9/3/24. Plumber asked why he was there; pipes were clear to street; did we have problems? Explained preventive need due to large trees and bushes. $300 charge for blades to street. ON Thanksgiving, 11/28/24, with houseful of company, we had backup into house. Got emergency help from different plumber after Plumbing Smith did not return emergency text and call. At our great expense, other plumber came next morning and pulled large ball of roots from the 4 ft area between the front of the house and the clean out pipe (which sits surrounded by bushes). ALthough this is standard practice, this obviously not done in Sept., although pipe from the front of the clean out to street was clean. Plumbing Smith has not responded in any way to multiple emails or phone call.

After posting the negative review on 12/12/24, we were immediately contacted by The Plumbing Smith. We received numerous apologies and a refund of our payment from their work in September. We appreciate the sincere apologies and consider the matter settled. We do not believe the problem we faced reflects their typical standards.

I cannot recommend The Plumbing Smith enough! Their prices are more than fair and they are honest. Reed is highly knowledgeable and easy going, his workmanship is top notch! A great local business that deserves your business!
