Huge facility. Dirty trailers up front across from the main entrance, cleans usually in the back! Driver bathrooms, I think I saw shower signs? Clean place!

Great place. Clean restrooms and showers. Short order cafe on weekdays. Free popcorn is always fresh and hit. Free coffee. Open 24/7 to drivers.

I remember the first time I set foot on the ground at TTC in East St Louis 20+ years ago; I was amazed by the cleanliness of the facility and the speed, efficiency, friendliness, and professional attitude of the personnel; not only those in the office but those on the wash rack, as well.

A lot of facilities begin with a nice new facility and after x-number of years all you find is a rusting hulk of a building with nasty bays you don’t want to walk in and a facility you don’t want to enter; either bathroom or office.

However, those responsible for the inception and maintenance of TTC have done an excellent job of maintaining and improving a facility that you always enjoy patronizing; and the quality of their work is unsurpassed.

TTC, without doubt has no equal in the tanker cleaning business.

Thanks for providing a place that I enjoy visiting.

Service is usually good, but the cocky ATTITUDE` of the counter person running night shift tonight is unaccountable. Hopefully someone will address his attitude before someone gives him an `attitude adjustment`. Being treated with the remarks he made while booking a trailer in for a wash, sure isn't in line with their mission statement. I wonder how many others he's treated in this manner?

Faster than other tankwash places. Their restroom/showers are very clean and up-to-date as well. Employees are all nice and professional!

Great operation. Always friendly and quick to take care of your tank cleaning needs. Drivers can get a free hotdog and popcorn while waiting. Also have free drinks available.

I needed a tank steamed overnight, hooked up as soon as a dropped trailer.
In the morning, trailer was @ required temp and ready to go.
Good service, nice people.

Free Hot dogs, Kool aid, coffee tea. This place was awesome. As a truck driver, it's nice to know someone out there isn't trying to break the bank for a change.

Apparently if you walk in and interrupt the counter person helping another customer, if you have no paperwork or authorization, if you act like a spoiled jerk. You go to the front of the line. 8 hours into my wash and I’m not done. That guy has been gone for 6 hours. So if you come here just act like you are the only person in the world that matters and the rest of us are beneath you.

I have visited tank washs all across the United states. This facility had a fast turnaround time on tank Washing, Friendly staff, and clean restrooms and showers available. Along with hot dogs, potato chips,popcorn, and food for drivers. They did a fantastic job and would like to see a lot more tank washes like this.. great job guys.

They are very efficient at what they do. The steam table is easily accessible and showers aren’t bad. The bathroom is a bit cramped if you a larger person and the lot is almost always muddy but it a tank wash. Turnaround is good. It’s not in the best area and if you are here for the weekend there are plenty of truck friendly hotels in the area.

Clean facilities, many amenities like shower, laundry, snacks and drinks. Excellent customer service. Very efficient on getting tanks clean in a timely matter. I appreciate all their services.

Hands down the best Quala I have ever been to. Really it’s the best tanker wash I have ever been to. The employees were amazing. Even the higher ups there were incredible. I could go on about the staff and service at this location, but I can’t be writing all day. Incredible place. I wish this location was everywhere.

Waiting over 12 to get hoses and pump to be cleaned. Have not been to a single tank wash that can get equipment washed in a timely manner. I do understand that a lot of tanks come through to be cleaned, but drivers are also trying to get moving to their next load for pickup to make the next delivery. Need something designated for equipment washing.

Great tank wash. Usually get it right the first time. Friendly helpful staff. The free breakfast and lunch is very good. Showers are also pretty good.

Great tank wash! Always fast and professional...the parking lots could use some attention, but if you find a tank wash that doesn't resemble the moon's surface, you let me know! They have decent driver facilities and a nice lounge with a big TV as well as a dining area with a TV and a good amount of seating. They also offer free popcorn and coffee...they also have free hotdogs at times.

First time using this facility was today. Hands down, best tank wash facility I’ve ever been too. The personnel are all very friendly and HELPFUL. Plenty of parking, decent showers, break room with FREE hot dogs, popcorn, coffee and tea. They also have vending machines and a TV as well as a washer and dryer! All tank washes could take some pointers from this place! Getting your tank washed doesn’t take forever either which is always a bonus!

Clean facility with really nice showers but when it comes to getting tank cleaned in 6hrs or less, they seem to always miss the mark with longer wait times than usual. They always over promises and under deliver. How about simply stating "it'll be a longer wait than usual" instead of giving false deliverables.

ISSUES: Some staff could use some phone etiquette and general customer service training.

PHONE: I felt like my phone inquiry on amenities was seen by the agent as irritating to be asked and trivial in his eyes. (Do better!)
