Love Terry's Home and Garden center. They have everything I am looking for and much more. They will also take the time to answer all my questions and educate me on trees and plants I am considering for our property.

Had a great experience buying a shed here. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot, took the effort to locate one, go visit that dealer and take pictures of the shed for me, and went out of their way to provide great service.

Poor return policy and customer service, bought a $24 plant that died a few weeks later and because there happened to be a 20% off sale when I purchased my plant, they wouldn't refund me my money, nor give a replacement which was all I was asking for. So basically I am being punished for even shopping here. I've been a customer here for years but they have now lost my business.

Love the work they did! We had a pool installed this summer and had them build a retaining wall and fill in with rock. Job was done in 4 days, crew was very professional and the design is exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much for a beautiful backyard!

Replying here since you decided to be snarky versus taking accountability for almost causing a 3+ car accident.

Just because you put your blinker on does NOT mean just go ahead and get over considering traffic was already jammed up and due to you cutting over and almost hitting my vehicle I had to then cut over into someone else.

So yeah I laid on my horn because of your incompetence.

But other than dealing with your lack of driving skill and courtesy I had a great day.

Again please just garden better than you drive.

You mention gardening being good for patience, that's not what's needed you being a more aware and better driver is what was needed.

This has become my favorite nursery in the metro east. The staff is friendly and greets you, but will also leave you at your own volition to peruse the nursery.

The selection of trees and shrubs is large and varied, with unique cultivars at above average sizes with below average price tags. I have not browsed the annuals and perennials but they have a very large and well stocked greenhouse.

All the trees I have purchased have been healthy and are still healthy and thriving.

Hands down best source for trees in the metro east.

I have bought many plants here over the years and love the large selection of plants. Two year ago i bought several end of season plants, 2 of which died. Assuming they were covered by the 1 year warranty, I tried to return them. The owner stated that end of season items were not returnable since discounted - which I understood. Then last year I bought $300 worth of flowers of which 1 ($10 plant) died within the 1 year time frame. I tried to exchange it today and the owner added that they also don't cover flowers in the year guarantee -- as every other flower and plant shop does. Go to Lowes, Home Depot, Eckerts, Sandy's Back Porch - they all have excellent costumer service. Do NOT go here!

Reply: My husband called today around lunch. The plant of reference is a quart size flower that he was told could not be returned or exchanged. Is this accurate?

Sandy is definitely an asset to this company. She was very welcoming and her attitude was so on point. I was so excited to be shopping, for items for my new found passion "gardening." at the fact that I asked question after another jumping from this to that, and Sandy was so understanding. She helped us with our soil, even picking huge bags of soil and placing in our car for us. We spoke and talked as if we'd known each other our whole lives. I am excited to know that I have found my place for my plants all thanks to Sandy.

Lots of great and unique plants that you cant find anywhere else . They carry all the plants the big box stores dont . If you want a truly great looking landscape this is the place to go .
The staff is very helpful and willing to both listen to you and offer suggestions based upon what you describe you're wanting or needing.

Nice selection of quality perennials. Nice selection of trees and shrubs. Excellent prices. Be sure to get on the email list for advance sale notice. New stock in as of April 2022 as well as a remodeled store.
