The owner is very nice and personable until there is an issue. I had landscaping done in August -everything was great. 7 months later the Spring rains hit and I have severe drainage issues with water running back towards the house and coming in the house. Never had issues before the landscaping! He told me he was swamped with other customers landscaping settling and having to fix their problems. Then he ghosted me.
Now having another landscaping company come out and regrade my landscaping to run away from the house. Something this company should have done.
Do not waste your money.

Mark and his team by far exceeded my expectations! I was truly blown away with the landscaping and sod. Mark is easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He even came out on a Sunday to give us a quote. Once the job was done he did a walk through with my husband and I to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be using him again for future projects in our backyard!

Mark was very good at helping us decide what design we wanted, giving us a choice of different materials and what would look good for our older farm house and also kept us within the price range we wanted to spend. We absolutely love our stone patio, our new landscape with stepping stones to our mailbox and the island landscape and installation of our 25’ Flag Pole. Mark went above and beyond our expectations and even came back after the job was completed to change out the end of our edging that went to our mailbox because he wasn’t satisfied with the way it looked. I highly recommend Magic Touch Landscaping to anyone that is looking to get landscape work.

Mark and his crew with Magic Touch was outstanding to work with. We were in the process of finishing the build of our house and Mark was very professional, courtesy, and flexible. He met us at Market Basket to pick out plants/bushes in the evening and even replaced a plant when it died with no hesitation. Mark did a phenomenal job with building two retaining walls, redoing our drains, regrading our yard, installing a paver walkway and lighting. Mark will always be my go to recommendation for anyone looking for service.

I can't say enough about how great Mark was to work with.We wanted to chang the tired old retaining walls that were there but still keep the old feel of the original. Mark went above and beyond in finding the perfect stone for our retaining walls and came up with ideas we hadn't even imagined. You can't go wrong with Magic Touch

We hired Magic Touch Landscaping to replace a tire gravel covered yard with new sod and add river rock landscaping, and they did an amazing job. They were able to get to us earlier than expected, and finished a day early as well. Extremely satisfied! (Service was in Spring 2022)

We brought them back to do the backyard, removing the rest of the tire gravel and leveling a couple mounds that had been taken over by weeds, and they went above and beyond, even landscaping a few areas around the pool so we wouldn't have any more problems with weeds (see photos). Still highly recommended!

We were at the end of our home build that took nearly 2 years of actively building. This didn’t include the time buying the land, preparing it and working on a home design. So when I met Mark at magic touch to say I was done and over making decisions was an understatement. We had no intention of putting landscaping in when we did and were really just looking to sod parts of the yard. But Mark was so easy to work with and had a great vision for what he wanted to do and could do. I gave him very little to go on and only told him make it low maintenance, flow with the house and transitional through the seasons. And boy did he deliver! This was by far the easiest part of our build and I would recommend Mark and Magic Touch to anyone looking to add landscaping or upgrade what they have.

Magic Touch did an amazing job replacing the retaining wall in our back yard. It was a massive project that they took on and worked tirelessly to make sure it was done correctly and still looked great. Anytime there was a concern or issue they addressed it promptly and took care of it. Will be using them again!

Sean and his team were extremely professional, and had all the right equipment to do precision quality work. We couldn’t be more happy with their attention to detail and the constant communication with us regarding the progress. They were also very dependable, punctual and very attentive to our needs in starting the job and seeing it through in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Sean and his team for any landscape or patio project you may be thinking about. Our particular project was a patio and we absolutely love the way it looks…thx again Sean!!
