Very impressed with the urgency demonstrated by Advantage Heating and Cooling to address our broken air conditioning during a heat wave. Rob Smith did an excellent job with assessing and then resolving our A/C situation and is to be commended for his approach towards his job and his will to make a house call late on a Friday evening even though he had finished his day. My new home is under warranty, so when I was having AC problems I contacted our construction supervisor who then contacted Advantage to call me to schedule the repair. I didn’t have a choice as to what company came to fix the problem due to the warranty, but once the warranty expires, I will be using this company again and recommending to others. Clean, courteous, and arrived right on time. Eric even checked the vents to be sure it was running properly when he finished the job. Great service and glad I now have a go-to company for HVAC issues as I am a new homeowner and no longer have a landlord to take care of repairs!

We had Advantage come our for our annual preseason air conditioner checkup. Adrian noticed the Freon was circulating through the system. After further review, it was determined the coil had to be replaced. That was Monday. He explained what had to be do and how long it would take. We set up the appointment for Wednesday. Adrian was polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. And he cleaned up . We are very pleased with the company and their employees

Overall great experience with Advantage on the times I've used them. They are always prompt and courteous. Jerry has been helping me out on several occasions including once at midnight/1 AM when my heater just stopped igniting. Great company and will gladly use their services in the future.

I am so glad I called Advantage.

I had a different company replace my furnace and AC unit last year. Within days, it was not able to keep up with cooling our house on hot days. Called the company back and they said they checked the system and everything is working as it should, so there is nothing they can do.

This summer I was sick of our house always being over 80° with the air running, so I called Advantage.

Not only were they able to do a couple of things to make my system more efficient, but they also were able to show me how the furnace the previous company had installed is too small for my house. Now I have something to show that previous company as proof that what they installed in my home is not acceptable.

Al and Rob were so professional and friendly as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Advantage to anyone.

End of November called for a no heat issue. Tech #1 came out and addressed the issue. While on site tech #1 was also asked to check the humidifier for any issues. Tech #1 did and said everything was great. Verbally told my wife that there were no issues! ( Lie ). Not even a month later the humidifier is leaking water and the cover is not sealed on the side of the furnace. Call advantage to come address issue. Tech #2 says there is a crack in the housing and we should NOT have to pay for this service call because not more than a month ago Tech #1 checked it all out. Tech #1 is now doing another job function because obviously he has no clue as to what he is doing. Manager tells my wife we called for a no heat issue. Does it say anything on the invoice about a humidifier issue?? No, because while tech #1 was at our house we asked to have the humidifier checked as well. Manger says too bad and charges us $188. Now, if the manager would of worked with us because we are the customer and even his tech #2 agrees with us, everything would be ok. Not so! I'm reporting this shady company to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs!

Been having issues with the furnace just shutting down completely and then coming back in 3 hours. Working with Howard has been wonderful!! He is patient and very knowledgeable. He explains things in detail so you can actually understand. Howard is very professional and is always on time and knows his job! I really enjoy working with Howard. He's kind and listens carefully to your concerns.

The people at Advantage Heating & Cooling are great to work with. Very responsive to calls and requests for service. Our technician, Eric, was fantastic. Installed a humidifier and cold air return to our furnace during this visit. Everything was done efficiently and he walked through the entire installation once he was completed to let us know where everything was and how it worked. Would highly recommend Advantage Heating & Cooling for all your heating and a/c needs.

Diego was very courteous and professional. He explained what he did and updated me on the units condition. Glad to see everything is OK. I have two different units. One is quite old. He indicated that it is still running perfectly. I have use this company a long time. Confidence and trust has built up over the years. I know the right work is going to be done. Thanks.

Not only have they been very professional and helpful to help us maintain our old furnace but they were incredibly responsive when it needed to be replaced.

The technicians are very professional, timely and intentional on the best ways to help you with your HVAC needs.

Their prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of options for all budgets.

Yesterday, we had our furnace replaced by them and what we all thought was a simple install, turned into a very large project for them due to the originally builder poorly installing the system.

They worked non stop for almost 11 hours to get us heat and we could not be happier!

When the time comes for needing a service or new system please consider them!

0 stars. DR Horton contracted this company for the Lincoln Valley new home builds. There have been multiple issues with our heating system and Advantage came out at least 3 times to “fix” the issue each time making it worse. Recently they came out to remove/replace the piping in our attic. Our furnace ended up failing again as the cold temperatures came through. I had a third party come out to evaluate the issues and we were able to identify multiple problems all stemming from Advantage’s recent visit. There was insulation and PVC shavings in the furnace and obstructing the intake for the furnace. They also knocked off one of my air ducts so I’ve been heating my attic instead of my bedroom. I’ve spoken with several neighbors who had the same issue.

I ain’t going to expose what HVAC company I work for, but shame on you for the way you install HVAC in new construction homes in the Aurora-Oswego area. I am so tired of fixing YOUR faults you make on an install. You are taking needless money out of homeowners pockets when if you installed it right, there would be no issue at all. This company is EXACTLY what’s wrong with this industry. Terrible installs. Can’t even run PVC for a humidifier. Smh. Just dirty vinyl tubing running to a drain. Where is your sense of pride in your work?
