Have used Advantage Heating for 5 years and have always been very satisfied with their work. They do a spring tune-up on our air conditioning and a fall tune-up on our heating. They are very professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have used a handful of repair/contractors in my 17 years of home ownership and Advantage Heating & Cooling is one of maybe two that I would recommend to everyone who they are willing to serve.

Advantage H&C was the contractor that installed my HVAC system 10 years ago when my house was built new. I called them for a warranty issue a few years into service, which they corrected it quickly without any issue for me. I continue to use them for the annual Heating & AC cleaning & inspection and found that they point out minor issues but don't make a big deal out of them AND if they do find something in need of repair its not an arm and a leg like the big name HVAC companies.

I just had a 4" filter modification preformed along with a blower cleaning and the first time they arrived they tried to lay out the work but the job needed a second person to do it correctly. While the reschedule was not ideal I did appreciate them not doing a hack job with the one person that was at my house just to get it done and cash out.

Eric was good. However, the compressor on my 3 year old air conditioner should not be going out this soon and other units in our neighbor hood had issues with their compressors. I shouldn’t have to pay 1600 dollars for Advantage to come fix my Lennox air conditioner.

They weren’t able to have anyone come out the night the heat went out due to “warranty repair hours” not being in session. Then when someone did come out we were told it wasn’t covered by warranty anyways. Still not sure why they have an emergency number if they won’t respond because it’s not “during warranty repair hours”. Our technician, Marcus, was great though, he was very polite and professional. He explained things and did his best to help with pricing, so I appreciate him at least.

Advantage was very quick to schedule and install an humidifier. They were able to offer a discount since they were also the ones who installed my HVAC system. My technician, Ventura, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I understood the system. I would recommend Advantage to anyone needing install or repairs.

Adrian has been awesome from day one when he installed our humidifier and scrubber. He answered all our questions and offered to come out whenever we need help. So nice to have that piece of mind. Highly recommend ACS and their team!!

I'm not sure what's going on with this company. They installed my unit in a new construction home. Part of buying the home included a warranty for the air and furnace that extended my warranty on work if they installed it. They called me and said they won't be servicing my area anymore and referred me to a new company. However no other company will extend my warranty because they didn't install it. It appears predatory. You took on a builder outside of your service area and it's appears to be an attempt to not have to be responsible for the unit beyond the 5 years. I will be finding a way to handle this as people that had there unit installed by them should be grandfathered in. I will be calling around to see how this can be remedied including reporting them to the builder with the hopes they won't use them

Had technician install a new Smart Thermostat. Did a great job. Explained the features of the new Thermostat (that I purchased at Lowe's) and set everything up. Checked to make sure settings were correct, connected to WiFi and reminded me to register the product and install the app on iPhone. Overall great experience.

our a/c fan motor decided to stop working on the hottest day so far. they had someone out within 6 hours of my call.
Riley Hudson did a terrific job of completely checking and cleaning the whole system and made an accurate diagnoses of the bad fan motor. he was very patient and easygoing explaining and showing me everything about the unit. it took a couple of days to order the part ( not his fault...) but he was back at our house asap with the part and put everything back together and stuck around to make sure it worked .
in this day of poor and even non existant customer service , riley and advantage went above and beyond my expectations.
and he has a very friendly helpful personality.

I was helping my daughter out when she needed a service call on her unit at their new house. Jerry Saenz was the tech sent to her house. Not only did he fix the original problem but he also helped balance their system properly as it was a new house. Jerry was so great on this call that I decided to contact Advantage and I had them put me on the yearly maintenance agreement for my house. I requested Jerry and again he went above and far beyond the normal tech call to help make our systems work to their peak performance. I would strongly recommend Advantage Contractor Solutions and Jerry Saenz.

Great job by Eric. I'm selling my house and the buyer inspection revealed a need to check the furnace. I scheduled on Friday for Monday morning with Advantage. Eric arrived early and found and fixed the minor issue quickly. Advantage has a monthly maintenance plan that I now have on my new house. Highly recommended.

I’ve had the pleasure of Riley being my technician the last couple of years, performing preventative maintenance on my HVAC unit during the fall and spring. Reilly is prompt, courteous, and above all, knows what he is doing. I asked him several questions regarding the unit and he answered my questions easily and in a way that I understood. I especially appreciated that he maintained exceptional safety standards during the peak of Covid. He is very thoughtful about my safety and his, and on one occasion, he firmly but courteously reminded a property manager that he needed to provide space in order for him (Riley) to work safely. I really appreciated that. Thanks for being an outstanding technician!

Advantage has always been great to work and today was no exception. Daniel did a great job cleaning my air conditioner. I have to say, Daniel was the most respectful service tech I have ever had at my house.

The service person Jerry was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable about his work. He took time with both my wife and myself to explain things about the furnace and the duct work which we were both unsure of. I would not hesitate to call Advantage again if I needed work done!

Al Barzu, your technician, did a great job. He explained everything he was going to do as part of my service request, rectified where that could have turned out to be an issue and identified areas that will need to be watched or serviced within the next year to keep the AC performance at its peak. Happy to have him do the work.

Advantage is a reliable company with outstanding service. Jerry installed a new humidifier. I am never disappointed when Advantage does work on my HVAC. Jerry is professional, very good at his job and very respectful. After Jerry was finished installing the humidifier, he patiently explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Jerry and Advantage to family and friends.

My HVAC system has been under maintenance with Advantage since my new house was built. At that time I was able to obtain an extended 10 year warranty on my system. In August 2023, the 4-year-old compressor began to malfunction. Advantage and Rob came to the rescue. Initially the manufacturer was hesitant to replace the compressor under the warranty since it was still working. Rob worked with the manufacturer, explained the issues and eventually got the new compressor approved and covered under the warranty. The new compressor arrived and Rob and his team arrived and replaced the old compressor with the new one which now works great. Rob going to bat with the manufacturer for the compressor saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend Advantage for this reason

Jerry was great installing our smart thermostat. He's my go to guy for any HVAC questions or concerns. We would highly recommend.

Communication with the office was immediate and efficient! I was able to add annual services during the same visit instead of having to schedule another visit. Great communication! Very friendly and helpful! Everyone was well informed

Michael was very professional and polite. He completed the work in a decent amount of time, and explained the work being done well. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge, and referred me to customer service for anything he didn't have an answer for.

Jerry came to my new house to install a whole home humidifier and did a great job! My utility room is small and the existing HVAC equipment was crammed into one side. Jerry had to rework so much of the duct work, but he did an amazing job. He was professional and showed me how to use my New humidifier as well as how to change the dampers to regulate the heat in my new home. Definitely a great experience.
