As usual, Leith Heating and Cooling did an amazing job! I contacted them for the spring check-up on my air conditioning unit. The customer service team was awesome. They had appointments readily available.

Kristian is a phenomenal technician. He did a thorough inspection of the air conditioner and discussed everything he saw. He even gave me suggestions to think about to help keep the unit running well for years. Kristian is polite, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service.

I can’t say enough about Leith Heating and Cooling. Our old furnace from ‘97 was inconstantly igniting. I called up Leith early morning driving into work, Brian the owner answered the call and remembered me from a couple years back when I reached out for a quote to replace the old equipment. Within a couple hours a technician arrived and showed me the issues with the furnace.

At that time I decided to replace all the old furnace, AC and thermostat. Jake arrived to go over the previous quote and talk about new options available. By the following day everything has been installed and working like a champ!

The entire Leith Heating and Cooling Team has all been nice, courteous, on time, efficient ,throughly explained everything, from equipment choices, pricing, warranties, how they size the equipment , and what to expect for the installation. The installation team cleaned everything up like nothing happened. Again, can’t say enough about them all. Not easy to find these skills and qualities today.

Last week Leith Heating and Cooling replaced a 25 yesr old Central AC / Forced Air Furnace with a new highly efficient gas furnace paired with an AC / Heat Pump - inverter combined unit. Leith won my business as they clearly listened to the requirements and worked with me to get to the right solution for a good price. My highest requirement was low noise for the AC unit (it's on a patio we like to have cals and do office work on). This nee AC/heat pump is so quiet we do not hear it running. Removal of the old system and installation of the new system was all done in one day. And they cleaned up the place at the end of day.
Kudos to Jake for his patience in going through the possible options during the sales cycle, and to Sean, Esteban, and Frankie for an excellent install.

This is the second time Esteban has performed seasonal service to my furnace and air conditioner. He is always on time, polite, and friendly. He explains in detail what he has done and what he notices with my older air conditioner. He also helped me with my carbon detector taking it down and determined it wasn't wasn't working. Thank you Esteban for going above and beyond!

Omar came out to do maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner, including the humidifier. He was very professional. He left everything neat and clean. First time using Leith and was very pleased with the serviceman. Will use again.

Leith H&C is an A+ company. Brian came out put together 3 quotes for AC and furnace replacement within my budget. They were here the next day and were so professional, polite and helpful. Did not leave until the work site was clean and working. Explaining everything before they left. Checking in day after to see if everything was working properly and I was happy.

I had an AMAZING experience with Leith Heating and Cooling. Our upstairs AC unit stopped working on a 95 degree day and we were scrambling to find a solution. A neighbor recommended Leith so I called to explain my problem. Brian was out later that day to take a look and consult with me on what was going on. He was extremely professional, not pushy, and laid out all of my options to get my AC fixed. I decided it was in our best interest to get a new AC and Furnace installed and get my other unit serviced. We got very lucky and they were able to schedule me for a new install the next day at 8:00AM. Matt and his crew showed up at 7:59AM next day ready to work. They explained everything to me as to their scope of work and let me know to ask throughout the process if I had any questions. The professionalism and knowledge they had made me extremely comfortable with them installing my new system. Pricing was fair and the job was completed that day. Our AC is now working amazing and I look forward to installing my other AC/Furnace with them next year. I will also be using them to perform proactive maintenance on my units moving forward. 5 Star review for a 5 star company. You will not regret using Leith Heating and Cooling!!!

We had Leith install new heating and AC system and they were responsive, quick and so easy to work with. They are very profession and do great quality work. I’ve been using them for years for other services before getting the new unit and always had a great experience.

Kristian came and took care of a valve/vent issue for us. He provided excellent customer service. He was polite, friendly, and thorough and did a great job. Esteban serviced our furnaces today and every visit from Leith and in particular with Esteban as our technician is friendly, professional and efficient. Additionally, he usually teaches us something new about the equipment to help us do the best in our own maintenance. He is excellent!

My air conditioner was not working and the people who installed it nine short years ago said the warranty would be no and void because I had not had my unit serviced for two years. It needed a new coil which was leaking, which would not have been in anyway Helped or harmed by not having a service man out. I called Leith. They came out at no charge just to give me a quote on fixing it. The man was very nice very pleasant very knowledgeable. He called the company that made the coil and yes, they were going to Honor the warranty, which was a 10 year warranty. All I had to pay for was labor because of his willingness to go the extra step, he saved me a great deal of money and I will use them from now on for any HVAC situation . If you want somebody who is willing to go the extra step to try to help and who can fix it quickly call Leith
