I am honestly annoyed with Four Seasons! I called them out due to issues with furnace not heating my home and this occurred in Dec, initially and a tech came out , assessed the situation and told me the connections had become clogged with debris, further explaining it was normal and happens… he cleaned everything out and it was fine. I asked about ways to prevent this and he said it’s just something that happens over time but if it became a consistent problem then they would have to look into some other options??? Now barely 2 months later the furnace is not heating the house! A different technician comes out and says it is the same issue and I again have to pay $300 to have a small connecting tube cleared of debris. I asked why is this happening after 15 yrs with no such issue and the furnace is new! This technician was much more thorough and decided to look around outside my home, he told me that I should have the chimney cap assessed and likely replaced because this is where the debris is entering. While I greatly appreciated the information, I just wish it had of been provided 2 months earlier after the initial incident and I could have eliminated the need for a second visit costing me another $300😡

Technician was very nice very professional very helpful to help me with my Nest so that was great. Very good conversation. I would like him to come back when I call you guys for service.

Great job on the installation, Angel explained what he was going to do during the complete process. Once the completion was done it looked fabulous. My husband and I are thankful they came out in a timely manner finished the job and got us back to our comfort zone. Thank you again for all you do.

I have used 4 Seasons for over 30 years. They have been very consistent with service and execution of maintenance and repairs. In all these years, my Technician Tyler surprised me with service, technical knowledge that soared to the top of any experience I have ever had with 4 Seasons or for that matter any HVAC service. He took time to inspect and ascertain the condition of both my heating units. He ordered the parts from the warehouse in the morning which were delivered to my door that afternoon. He then returned around 4pm to finish up the job. Tyler is the face of Four. Seasons to me.

On a negative note, I always enjoyed the personal service of Four Seasons. HOWEVER their new initial customer service setup HAS TO GO. they installed an AI BOT to take the call and attempt to get me the service I needed. An extremely horrible experience. While AI phone service may be a viable tool to use initially, this version IS NOT READY TO LAUNCH.

The technician that serviced our furnace did a great job of explaining everything that he did to make sure our unit was performing perfectly. We have used 4 seasons for all our appliance needs for years and never been dissatisfied: Top quality employees. Keep up the outstanding work.

The plumber from Four Seasons went above and beyond to fix my issue. I called in and got same day service. He found the problem offered the standard fix only to find it wouldn’t work for my situation. He stopped went to a hardware store to supplement the fix. What would been a multi day project was done in the same day. Jason was good 👍🏾.

I decided to go with you guys because of the reviews. Made an appointment because my A.C. was lacking. Had technician Sal Reynoso inspect my furnace and condenser and was not expecting the diagnosis he gave me. Need a new furnace and condenser because of the condition and years of use. Sal was very detailed, genuine, and upfront on options and cost. As a customer, truly appreciated. Will highly recommend Four Seasons. Got a gem with Sal.

Used Four Seasons/Advantage Plumbing for the first time when I needed a second opinion for a plumbing problem. Tony came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted a fair price (without upselling!). Patrick came out the next day and did a great job tackling the problem. All good now. I'll definitely call here first next time!!

I have a problem with my air condition not cooling, I have Anthony came , he did a good job diagnosing the problem. He told me my refrigerant is flat ( empty) , that there was hissing sound which indicated that there was a large leak. He told me the options how to fix the problem and I discussed it with my husband. My AC is 9 years old when one of the 4 season employee installed it , while I had this AC it always never cool down the house properly. I thought it was normal because it’s an old house, so I never complain about it . So I decided to have another guy came in to get 2nd opinion , he did the Nitrogen spray to find the leak, he opened the system and checked the coil, we discovered how bad the job of 4 Season employee that did installed my AC. We discovered a huge damage / hole on the body of the coil , on top of that ,the guy also punctured one of the coil. Here are the pictures of what I was talking about. You judge for yourself. Pictures before opening the system and what was unfold. My bad review is for the guy that did a terrible job on my AC installation not for Anthony .

Pictures of my sink that was installed. I bought the new sink and faucet. The faucet was replaced. I kept the old one and the new one is the one pictured below same kind of faucet I felt like the price was not reasonable at all, considering the fact that I purchase the faucet independently of Four Seasons all I did was have the repair man put the faucet on for me. In other words he replaced the old one with the new one.

Had a slow, tiny dripping happening in my laundry room. Reached out to Four Seasons. Wonderful reception. Kiyra ( I believe that was her name ) very helpful. She set up someone to come out. A representative came out. He diagnosed the drip as two boilers needing replacing. The quote was just under $1000. The rep took half the money after we agreed on the price and job, the other half was paid the following day. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. One year warranty on their work. I’m pleased with the work.

Our 39 year old boiler finally gave up heating our home and needed to be replaced. The two gentlemen installing the new boiler were very charismatic. They patiently answered all our questions and took great care removing the old and installing the new. I definitely recommend using Four Seasons for boiler installation.

The technician was very good. He pointed out that my humidifier filter needed to be replaced. Out of curiosity, I went online to see what the cost of the replacement filter was. The extra charge would certainly reasonable and not inflated. He also pointed out that the UV light in the humidifier might need to be changed. My unit is 3 years old, and he said that that is about the life expectancy of the laser light. He gave me the price of that, and he did not push to get it replaced. He respectfully allowed me to say that I would pay attention and wait till next year since the light was still working.

Excellent work replacing my full HVAC system with new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and UV lamp. Install was done and looks very professional. My installer Kasper was polite and did exceptional work. Thank you! New system is operating perfectly and exceeds my expectations. Thank you Four Seasons

I had a great experience with Four Seasons 😊. I required prompt service and they were able to accommodate me for the same day to tend to my furnace service. As the temperature has been so cold, this worked out greatly. Alex fixed my issue quickly and is very knowledgeable in his trade. Appreciate the great customer service from Alex and from the teammates at the office. I highly recommend all to use their services!

Excellent service from the salesperson Mr. Williams who came out to my home. The next day followed by the two technicians came out to install my furnace. Excellent performance all across-the-board they get a 10 out of 10. I’m a new homeowner and six months into homeownership the thermostat and sensor on the old 9 year old water tank died. I called Four Seasons and they were out within 2 hours to evaluate my situation and make recommendations. I could either repair the old water tank which would be the band-aid approach with no guarantees something else wouldn’t go wrong or I could opt to replace with an entirely new water tank. I went with the second option and 24 hours later one of Four Seasons’ affiliated companies Advantage Plumbing was back at my house removing the old tank and installing a new tank that will hopefully last for as long as I own the home. I appreciate that Four Seasons was there for me when I needed help in an emergency and the level of communication from the service technician who came out to evaluate my situation was great. He didn’t try and upsell and he was honest and straightforward about my options. The service was really excellent. The install job 24 hours later went smoothly. I was relieved to have hot water again! I ended up having a question about the billing invoice that customer service was unable to answer and I requested a callback from a manager and the manager called back which helped and I appreciated. Thank you. Five star experience. I definitely recommend Four Seasons and Advantage Plumbing.

Got a recommendation for Leith from a coworker and had a wonderful experience during some of the hottest summer days. Maybe biased because they found the leak and it was fixable!
