Got the carpets and a couple area rugs done at the same time which was convenient.they were in and out pretty quick and the carpets look way better than I expected for how bad they were. Pricing was straightforward no weird upsells or anything,solid experience all the way around,no complaints.

Had our upholstery cleaned on a couch and loveseat that had seen better days. Both pieces had years of wear on them and I'd honestly stopped sitting on the loveseat because of how dingy it looked. MS Carpet Cleaning got both looking noticeably fresher - the color difference alone was kind of shocking. The fabric feels softer now too, which I wasn't really expecting. It's nice having furniture that doesn't look embarrassing when people come over.

booked online and they confirmed pretty quick which was nice. the team showed up right on time and seemed to know what they were doing, didnt have to explain much. carpets in the bedrooms came out way cleaner than i expected, like you could see the color difference right away. drying took overnight but thats normal. pricing was fair and there werent any surprise charges at the end which i always worry about with these services
