I hired this cleaning service once and I spoke with the team that was sent to my house and here is what I found out. This is not a legal business that pays honest taxes on the money it makes: They hire illegal immigrants and then pay them as independent contractors, which is illegal both under current tax law and also against the law to hire illegals. SInce Ms. Davis hires her workers as independent contractors she does not pay any taxes for them and does not claim the money they make for her. I have reported her to the IRS for this. Also, since her workers are illegal aliens I have reported her to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Department and Department of Homeland Security. Don't hire this company unless you want to be supporting a company that is not running legally!

I have used Upstairs Downstairs for years. The team is reliable, professional, friendly, and responsible. I would highly recommend Upstairs Downstairs to anyone needed great, reliable hous keeping.

They were late, spent only a little over an hour cleaning, scratched my original 66 year old hardwood floors, left some sort of nasty residue in the bathroom sink, poor job dusting. I think I can hand buff the scratches out of the floor, but it is still upsetting.
