We hired this terrible company to deep clean my brother’s home and they should be ashamed at how their cleaning people left his home. They wiped counters down and ran a vacuum but did not clean in anyway that would make you think they touched every surface. I’m beyond disgusted with this company. What they say they do is a complete lie. They took the cash and ran out laughing at us. DO NOT use this company ever!!!! That is not how you should run your “cleaning service business”. Wish I could share pictures because that’s all you would need not to ever use them. Shame on the owners Linda and Alex for not making the situation right. I pray people read this so you never get any calls again. Just awful

Excellent service and great communication. They text you when they will start and when cleaning has ended as well as reminders of your next cleaning which I appreciate. They also go above and beyond with their cleaning as my most recent clean they even unclogged our drain. We have been meaning to snake out our drain, and they ended up doing that to our surprise. Highly recommend this company

The team did an incredible job with our home. So thankful for their thoroughness and attention detail, but most of all how respectful they were of our personal belongings while we are away from home. I hired Helping Hands for a deep cleaning and continued service for several months while I was caring for my husband at home. They did a wonderful job and I could spend time with my husband and family instead of cleaning. Helping Hands helped us all through a very difficult time. Lorena and Natalia were so considerate and kind, and they were careful with the use of products and noise, too. The house sparkled and our stress was hugely reduced. Wonderful people and service. I tried out Helping Hands Cleaning for the 1st time today and was extremely impressed with the cleaning as well as my techician's knowledge of what works best to clean and best maintain the cleanliness of my home. I also was impressed with the pride in her job. I choose this company after reading reviews about people who work there and it was evident that leadership is extremely supportive and helps them grow.

Maria and Jose always do an amazing job! They are thorough yet efficient. I love how my house feels after they leave. Jose and Maria have cleaned our house a few times and they always do a phenomenal job, which is hard to do with a lab and a toddler. Not only do they clean very well, but they are also very kind and personable. They ask about our family and are always so kind and genuine.

Helping Hands technicians Jessica and Maria did an outstanding job (a deep clean) for my family member who had been away due to an unexpected illness. The Helpng Hands staff, including office personnel and job supervisors, were very kind and professional from start to finish. Worth every penny!

Today was my first visit with Helping Hands and I have to say I am impressed. I used another service previously and my house never looked this good. The detail and thorough cleaning is great. I am really happy with the visit today.

Ken and Elizabeth were fantastic for our Move Out clean. They were very efficient and the condo looks incredible. Ken even helped my father in law carry a few things down our stairs when he was having trouble. We fully expect to get our full deposit back because of their thorough job.

Maira and Monica did an excellent job helping us get our house cleaned and ready for the holidays. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. Would certainly recommend them or anyone else at Helping Hands!

Just used Helping Hands for the first time and Jazmin and Julia were great! Helping Hands takes the time to figure out what is most important for you, and for me it’s the details. They were extremely thorough when cleaning our house (things like baseboards and stovetops were immaculate, which I feel other services in the past have tended to take shortcuts on). I will definitely be continuing with their services!
