First, I will say that this team does do quality work. My patio and driveway were completed by this company with the prior owners of my home.

However, I've been disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from this company. Nathan was out last year to bid on a expanding the hardscape for my front patio but I never heard back from him. I emailed him twice to follow up. Once on 10/01/2021 and a 2nd time 4/17/2022. I understand that contractors have been overwhelmed these past couple of years, but the lack of follow up is quite frustrating.

POE has been the snow removal team for our school for the past few years, and we are beyond satisfied. They are always timely, neat, professional...and they are committed to safety -- which is incredibly important in a school setting. I highly recommend POE for your snow removal needs. Matt and Nathan have been fantastic to work with!

Premier Outdoor Environments (POE) not only offers excellent landscaping services, the also provide exceptional snow removal and ice management services. Our HOA has used them for years and couldn’t be happier. When there is a snow or ice event, they are ready and waiting. They combine plowing with hand shoveling to ensure our driveways, walkways and other crucial areas are promptly cleared with precision and care. When it comes to ice management, their attention to safety is evident. They take extra care to treat icy patches, preventing any potential accidents. I highly recommend them and will undoubtedly be utilizing their services again in the future.

We used Premier Outdoor Environments Inc. to do landscaping in our front yard. We found them affordable, professional, extremely competent and would recommend them without hesitation. Our front yard was definitely the black sheep of our property for several years but now it's something that we truly enjoy coming home to. The crew's hard work and helpful design suggestions drastically improved our home's curb appeal and we could not be more pleased with the end result.

From our first meeting with our designer, Kevin, all the way to our final plant and water care walkthrough at the end, we were treated with incredible kindness and professionalism. The design was incredible, the install team worked tirelessly through all kinds of weather with smiles and lots of sweat and cleaned up our yard impeccably at the end of every day! Our project manager was always available for us and checked in often with the crew and with us. I changed and added a few things during the project and it went seamlessly as the team made us feel like nothing was ever a problem! We are so grateful for our new backyard sanctuary and we will be using them for phase 2 in the spring! Thank you for taking such great care of us during this 4 month process from beginning to end!

We are thrilled with the results of our new patio and landscaping. From the initial planning phase through the construction and finishing touches - the crew were impeccable with their work. The design with Jordan came out exactly as we had envisioned. The workers were always courteous and did such a great job with all parts of the project.

POE did our backyard patio and we couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. Jordan was patient with us as we worked with her on the design and she had great ideas from the layout to the landscaping. And Matt and his crew were professional, clean and efficient. Best of the best! We’ve worked with several landscapers over the years and have never felt so comfortable and taken care of as with POE! They completed a full scale entertaining patio in our backyard with the utmost care and thoughtful design. Immediately fixed any “issues” and were so communicative through the entire process. We specifically worked with Jon Rudy and Raymundo Dela Vega and they were amazing to work with because of their exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of their craft. They provided guidance for their redesign vision of our landscaping, however, they were very flexible with all the changes that we requested. They were very patient and explained thoroughly any questions we posed to them. The team that actually worked and installed all the landscaping were amazing as well. We were fortunate to have Matt and his team make a big impact on our curb appeal last fall. We had been struggling for a decade with a small piece of land next to our garage and front walk way. The area was over run with trumpet vine and rocks. They came out and helped us plan a simple but elegant upgrade to that caught the attention of the entire neighborhood. we are still getting folks who stop by the house just tells us our new patio is beautiful. We used them for the first time to take care of the condo building grounds and they did a fantastic job. 👏

They Installed a patio in my backyard. One day, did a beautiful job. No nonsense, fantastic service. I use them as my lawn service too, also hands down the best around.

I hired this company to cut my lawn for 3 weeks while I was out of the country. I specifically asked them not to cut the grass too short because of the expected weather over that time. The results were pretty terrible.

1. They cut 3 inches off the lawn every time even if it had barely grown the week before. As a result they basically cut it down to dirt.

2. One of the times they started cutting in the middle of a rainstorm pulling out good grass since it was soaking wet

3. They came back and kept cutting even when I had asked them to stop at a specific date (did not charge me for it).

4. They ripped out my sprinklers I had in the ground on a timer while I was away which basically means nothing got watered and I wasted water through the entire time.

When I complained about the quality of the work all I was told by the owner was that it's not his fault because "he's not out with the guys". Apparently the owner takes no responsibility for the work done by the staff. I was also told they just cut 3 inches on a weekly schedule no matter what. If I wanted someone that puts no thought in the work than I would have just hired a high school kid in the neighborhood. Seems like they just want their weekly payments and could care less about everything else. I would not ever go back to these guys.
