Maria Mina did an outstanding job. She worked more than four hours without a break and our house is spotless.

I had a work event and people were coming to my home office, so I needed it spotless. The cleaners arrived right on time, wiped down all surfaces, vacuumed, and even made sure the windows were smudge-free. My clients commented on how nice the space looked, which honestly helped me make a good impression. Appreciate it big time!

I chose this company because of their advertised flat‑rate pricing, which is written in the first line of the customer agreement verbatim as:

“The price is the price, regardless of the amount of time it takes or how many cleaners are needed.”

During my deep cleaning, I was contacted and told the job would take longer and would require an additional charge. I raised concerns because extra time directly contradicts the flat‑rate policy in the customer agreement. After some back‑and‑forth, I reluctantly agreed verbally to proceed when they offered a small discount off the added amount.

While I appreciate a thorough cleaning, it feels deceptive to communicate a flat‑rate promise but then caveat it with another policy that says rates are subject to change—especially since deep cleanings inherently require more time. In practice, pricing appears to be time‑based, even though the policy says otherwise.

Customers should be aware that “flat‑rate” may still be subject to time‑based increases, even for appropriately selected services.

I'll try MaidPro Lombard next time.

I have been using Helping Hands Cleaning service for about a year now. All the girls have done a great job. My current gal, Edilia always shows up on time and does a great job!

We’ve been so happy with Helping Hands since we started working with them last year. We did a deep clean to start and now do monthly maintenance cleanings. All the technicians we’ve had have done a terrific job. Our usual technician Jaqueline R. is amazing … so friendly, on time, and our house is spotless when she leaves! We’ve had poor experiences with cleaners in the past, but Helping Hands has really been a great fit for our family. We definitely recommend their services … worth every penny!

Yuridia helps me with standard cleaning every two weeks and always does an exceptional job. She goes above and beyond, and helps clear the trash can too. I would not trust anyone else with my home than Yuri. Also, Helping Hands makes it easy to make schedule adjustments and Anabelle at their billing department is a delight to work with.

First he wants to rip me off by asking for money for product that he never installed. And now that I paid him full he refuses to come fix issues that arrise week later after his poor job. He supposed to seal my driveway as part of a deal, now it has been 3 weeks and I have to call him second time to remind him he didn't finish his job. Stay away from this business. Roberto is the worst and rudest landscaper I ever dealt with.
