Our family has used Quality Air for 2 years now. They have been reliable and very easy to work with. Dan is a professional and even worked around our very rambunctious puppy. We will definitely use their services in the future.

Brian was very kind to get service for me the next day. Dan came out to do the work to clean our dryer vent. He was very kind and professional. The job was done right and my dryer is back to working. I love that they were able to help me right away and I didn't have to wait weeks.

I chose to use Quality Air to have my dryer vent cleaned after receiving a coupon in the mail and reading up on other reviews. The serviceman, Erik arrived right at 1:00 for my 1:00-3:00 window. He explained what he was going to do and did it very quickly. He was friendly and helpful. Great service!!

These folks provide a great service. Had all my HVAC ducts and my dryer vent cleaned. It was amazing how much dust and dirt they got out of my house. Dan was very courteous and professional. This really improved the overall quality of the air in my home. I will schedule Quality Air to come back and do this every 2 years as this is what is recommended. Thank you!

Erik and Dan were the technicians that performed the work at my house. We had never had this done before, and they made me feel at ease with the whole process. They were on time and courteous by wearing protective masks and shoe footies, they indicated that the ducts were dirty and explained in detail which vents were the worst. I also like the fact that it is a set price for the service and not per ducts. I highly recommend them and will use this service again. Thank you Eric and Dan!

I had a great experience! They showed up earlier than expected, which I truly appreciate! Fernando and Omar were friendly, efficient, and did the job well! I can already smell cleaner, fresher air. I even asked them to show me the bag afterwards, and I’m happy that all that junk is out of my ducts! Great job!

Because of health conditions in my home, I have to make sure the air is very clean. I check out all the companies that do this work and had my ducts cleaned before but this was the first time I used Quality Air, Inc. I am always concerned if I am getting the right company when I make the appointment, but after the work done by Eric, I absolutely will be using this company before. I saw his expertise immediately and his pride in his work. He is very knowledgeable and showed me the difference between his work and the previous companies. If you are getting your ducts cleaned, I would easily recommend this company.

Quality Air did a wonderful job cleaning the vents in our home! We have been in our house 8 years and never had it done. The technician that came out was very nice and professional. I have already given Quality Air's name to two people! Keep up the good work! We will definitely be calling again :)

This is the second experience with this company and both times we have been very pleased with the outcome of their visit. The technician was early in coming to the house and called to make sure it was ok to do so. After he arrived, he explained the process to us in detail, including pricing and exactly what it was he was going to do. The process was not too long and the technician showed us pictures of our ducts before the process and after the process. The outcome was a clean air duct system. I would highly recommend Quality Air to anybody in need of these services.

I highly recommend Quality Air Inc. for your duct/vent cleaning needs. I called on Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technicians, Austin and Dan, arrived on-time (EXACTLY on-time, to the minute!) and were very friendly, professional, and good at explaining every aspect of the cleaning process. I saw the add in the ad paper and I called and was pleasantly surprised to hear that I could be accommodated within 2 days.
The day of service I received a call at 0935am from Dan, the service tech staying he was 25 minutes out. He arrived promptly at 10:00am. He promptly began working from the inside and out. Upon completion, he explained everything to me. (What he had done, how much stuff had accumulated , preventative measures, etc.)
I found Dan to have a very pleasant “Bedside Manner” and he is certainly worthy of a “5 Star” rating in my book!

Great staff, great price and great quality. Dan and Frank were the technicians that completed the vent/duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were on time and were easy to work with.
