My mother asked me to post her review as she was extremely happy with her experience. Both Dan and Justin arrived early and were respectful of my mother and her home. They acted in a professional and competent manner. She highly recommends Quality Air.

Overall excellent experience with this company! I was referred to this company from someone who used them a few years ago after they also had a great experience. Cesar was able to schedule us within a week of our initial inquiry. The day of, Eric called and arrived early. He was thorough and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking and would use again!

Called Quality Air a week before I needed my ducts cleaned. They got me an appointment the following Saturday, Eric from QA called earlier that Saturday to let me know that he can arrive ahead of schedule, got to my house 4 hours earlier than scheduled appointment (freed up my whole day!), and did a great job on cleaning all air ducts and vents. Excellent pricing, service, and no up selling on services. Eric was very professional and explained everything he was planning on doing. I will definitely be using Quality Air again in the future!

Eric was very professional and personable. He was efficient in his work and even provided us advice on how to maximize the life of our furnace. He probably saved us a costly repair. I noticed a difference immediately in our home. We will not hesitate to use Quality Air again.

Our technician Eric was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough - he even gave me a call to let me know he was running nearly an hour ahead of schedule. Never at any point during my initial phone call requesting an appointment through the completion of our air duct cleaning appointment did I even remotely feel like I was being taken for a ride. Quality Air was great. On time, answer their phone, polite, professional, knowledgeable and the shadows around our vents were cleaned away. We had a problem keeping our cats outside but the guys were very understanding. Their special price was about $150-$200 less than others I contacted. Highly recommended.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience with quality air duct cleaners. We live in an apartment and they were very happy to accommodate and work with getting the vents cleaned. There was a slight issue after the first visit but they were very responsive and had someone came back just a few days later to resolve the issue easily. Would definitely use them again!

The technicians arrived shortly before their appointed time and took the necessary equipment from their truck promptly and efficiently. The returns and vents were cleaned in a very timely manner. Erik from Quality Air came to our Vernon Hills house. He did a fantastic job. He explained the process and made sure everyone was on the same page. He cleaned everything and then checked to make sure things were done.

Quality Air, Inc was phenomenal to work with. Making an appointment with them was seamless and they were very helpful. It was my first time getting duct and vent service and they answered all my questions.
Erik arrived on time and finished everything within an hour. He walked me through everything he was doing and was very thorough.

Our appointment was rescheduled a few times by the company, but once Dan showed up, those frustrations instantly disappeared. He was so polite and explained everything to us before he started. He was even kind enough to let our neighbor who was working outside in his driveway know that it was going to be loud before turning on the machine (it's the little things).

Dan also informed us about the status of our furnace air filter and recommended the best type of replacement without putting too much pressure on us to buy from the company, which we really appreciated.

After he left, we immediately noticed a difference in airflow in our home; it seems to cool off much quicker now. The slight smell that once used to hang in the air is also no longer present.

Everyone we spoke to from scheduling through service was so nice. We definitely plan to use Quality Air on a regular basis and have already been recommending them to family and friends.

Had the furnace and dryer vent cleaning. Had several delays in getting the job done. First time the technician arrived late, and said he needed a second guy to help - was rescheduled. Don't know why he didn't know this in advance as the job was clearly estimated. Second time two guys arrived, a couple hours later then scheduled. They seemed to do a good job with the cleaning, but left quite a mess to clean up. They cut a big piece out of metal duct for access and retapped it, but didn't clean up the tiny bits of metal all over the basement floor. Discovered that when I walked on it. Lots of dust and debris was not vacuumed up in all areas. Price was as quoted.

I'm very satisfied with the air duct/dryer vent cleaning service I received. I've been searching for a reasonably priced company to do a basic cleaning and all others quoted $500+. I saw the $249 coupon and called Quality Air. Of course I asked a bunch of questions to make sure I wouldn't be charged for more than what I wanted. I was reassured that there were no gimmicks and the $249 coupon was legit. I made the appointment and the men showed up on time. They were kind and professional and did the job efficiently. AND THEY CHARGED ME EXACTLY $249! :) I truly appreciate honesty and companies that are upfront about their services. Almost immediately after they turned the air back on my house felt cooler than it has and the musty smell disappeared because of the cleaning. Thank You so much!

Yrs. This is my third time of the service and has been always a good experience. I got a useful tip this time for the air filter having an MERV between 4-8. I was buying them at Costco having a MERV high of 14. The technician - David R

We did our due diligence when hiring out this service and Quality Air was by far the most affordable. Dan gave me a courtesy heads up when he was about 15 minutes away, which was much appreciated! They also arrived about 15 minutes earlier - as someone who hates waiting around for people, this was also very much appreciated. I had to be at my computer for work nearly the whole time they were here. They were very respectful of my home and took care of everything. After they were done, Dan suggested that my furnace also needed a thorough cleaning, which was something I hadn't even thought about. I was happy to also pay for that service since they were already here. I can already tell the air is so much cleaner in my home. The previous owners said they had never had the ducts cleaned before we moved in, so it really needed to be done. As a new home owner, I also feel a lot better knowing that everything is clean.

It had never been done in our house so the ducts were pretty bad, but Dan got right to work (he was actually a little early, and called ahead to confirm and get an early start). Great work! When I was searching for quotes, Quality Air was the first one to call me within minutes. They have a very good quote and told me what I would be getting done.
