Thomas did a good job with rodding out my clogged main line filled with roots. He inspected my line after and showed me that it was open. Overall a great job

I appreciate that we have The Fair Plumber in town. They are always responsive and as their name suggests, priced fairly. Had Jose out today to take care of a new cartridge and clear a persistently clogged drain. He went about his work professionally and maintained a clean work site.

Came home to a burst pipe in my home so I stopped the water coming into my house and gave the Fair Plumbers a call. I was able to book an appointment in the morning (first call of the day) and Jesus showed up on time. He was able to locate the pipe burst, replace, and mitigate within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly so I appreciated the information he provided. I would call them again for my future plumbing needs.

Christian and Thomas were just out at our house replacing our ejector pump. The Fair Plumber was great work with, and honored our warranty after some digging around. We appreciate their customer service, time and attention. We would recommend them and we will be using them again for any plumbing needs.

Thomas did a good job rebuilding the inside of my faucet. He quoted a very affordable price, and left the area cleaner then when he came.

While visiting my aunt in Chicago, she had a new Moen faucet installed by The Fair Plumber. They did a really nice job and everything looks great. Would definitely use them again!

Our water heater stopped working and Jesus came out to diagnose the issue. We ended up needing to replace the unit, and Jesus and team were able to find a replacement unit and swap it out same day. Their price was reasonable and the speedy service was really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing issues.

The Fair Plumber did an excellent job installing my sump pump and silent check valve. The service was great from start to finish, and the technician was very kind and knowledgeable. We’re handy people ourselves, and this was a job we tried to do on our own but did not have the right equipment for.

Manny not only did an excellent job of solving the issue, but took time to explain the “why we do what we do”.

Very satisfied with the service. He came quickly (a day after Christmas), got the job done right, cleaned up good and got out. Not like the other companies where you can tell they’re rushing to the next job site.

Jesús and Thomas came within an hour of calling. They were quick to diagnose the issue and solve it for me. The price was fair and their workmanship was excellent. I had an external pipe burst in the cold. They offered a long term solution - adding valve near water main to shut off and winterize. They installed it quickly and taught me how everything worked. Really thankful and highly recommend!

I can’t recommend The Fair Plumber enough. We called this morning because our kitchen sink was leaking from the garbage disposal, and they managed to fit us in just a few hours later.

Eric and Jose arrived right on time and were absolute professionals. They worked quickly, replacing the old disposal with a new one in no time at all. I really appreciated the small details—they wore shoe covers to protect my floors and left the workspace spotless.

The pricing was very fair, and the checkout process was seamless right on their iPad. We’ve been loyal customers for years, and service like this is exactly why we’ll continue to use them. Truly a stress-free experience!

Very fair and upfront pricing. Jose inspected our sewer line and was excellent at explaining the process. He showed us where our line ends and where the city line begins. We'll definitely use the Fair Plumber again if anything comes up!

This was quick, effective, and much more effective than waiting for my husband to do. Fair plumber was amazingly quick and out within an hour and a half. The pricing was absolutely fair and they addressed our problem quickly and efficiently. Didn’t even mind our dogs in the house. Would highly recommend.

Great group to work with here, today I worked with Manny, Eric and the rest of their crew. All of them went above and beyond what I expected. Jose was terrific. My garbage disposal was leaking. I recently had hurt my back and I was unable to repair it myself. They showed up on time, very friendly and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Their pricing was very fair. I will definitely call them again!
