After experiencing a drain backup, I reached out to The Fair Plumber to inspect the system. They responded promptly and had someone onsite the same day. Manny and Christian were both professional and diligent in trying to identify the root cause. Unfortunately, due to an unusual plumbing layout, a clear diagnosis wasn’t immediately possible.
The owner, Ron, stepped in with a thoughtful solution and sent another technician the following day—at no additional cost, which was a pleasant surprise. Rolando used a different approach and successfully pinpointed the issue: old corroded pipes with an improper pitch in the drain line.
Once I received a fair estimate, the office scheduled the repair, and Rolando returned to complete the work. Throughout the process, every team member was respectful of my home. They wore protective gear, laid down drop cloths, and wrapped dirty pipes in plastic before removing them. The job concluded with a thorough cleaning of the workspace, including sweeping and vacuuming.
