Reviews of local pros in Elmhurst, Illinois

We had the best experience with Luxe Ducts. Fabulous, professional, kind, trustworthy staff that takes good care of your house while they clean the ducts. 10/10 recommend, great all around

Professional, courteous, careful. Knowledgable and efficient.

I used this company on 2 occasions for different services. The first time was for duct cleaning and the second time for carpet cleaning and both times the staff that came out to my home were kind, courteous and professional. They took care to cover their shoes and protect the floors or wood or anything else that might be dirtied or damaged during their services.
For my duct cleaning the staff took time to detail everything that would be done and how and patiently answered my questions.
I met the owner Connie during my consultation and she returned for the duct cleaning. Very friendly and professional individual.
I would readily refer this company and use their services again!

Connie was so responsive to all of my questions and so very helpful. Everyone was so kind and professional - clear communication and a great job over all! I highly recommend this company!

We contacted Luxe Ducts to clean our commercial laundry vents.
They provided us with a quote and a service date in a timely manner. They did a great job of not only cleaning our laundry vents, but also replacing the dryer vent hoses as well.
We were very pleased with their service and would definitely work with them in the future.

Called this outstanding company to do a routine spring cleaning for my home AC system and they came out same day. They made a noticeable difference at a reasonable cost. Will be doing it annually thank you Luxe Duct team.

We had our first air duct cleaning at our current residence, and Luxe Duxe was a great choice! We wanted it done immediately as we had so much dust in the house and we have family members that deal with chronic illnesses, and they kindly accommodated us and got the job done the next day.

Rommel and Lewis were extremely professional, courteous, finished quicker than we expected, and did an incredible job. Everyone I had interaction with at the company was super kind and helpful.

We had our dryer vent cleaned out by Luxe Ducts and I can honestly tell you they run a first-class service! We plan to have them come back and clean the air ducts next.

Highly recommend! Total professionals. Very happy with their work.

I really appreciate the crew who spent nearly 6 hours vacuuming/clearing both the supply and return trunks and the vents and returns leading to those trunks. And the dryer vent. Very helpful and courteous and served with integrity. I highly recommend. It's worth the money to regularly mitigate respiratory health issues and allergies.
