Reviews of local pros in Elmhurst, Illinois

Fast, thorough and neat. These guys did a great job and we’re in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Great team to do business with. They were conscientious, friendly, and very neat in my town house. Connie (the owner) and Alfredo are very personable and easy to work with. They explained everything and took their time to perform a good job. I highly recommend Luxe Ducts to have your dryer vent cleaned out or other duct cleaning. Very reasonable price. I will use them again.

Communication was great. Work was very timely. Pricing seemed reasonable. Technicians were personable.

We got the ducts cleaned and sanitized. We talked to a couple other companies about doing this. Luxe Ducts offered the exact kind of services we were looking for, as other companies did not offer sanitizing. They went through it twice to make sure they got everything. The guys who came to do it were very nice. We had another repair guy over at the time for something completely separate and the Luxe Ducts made his stay at the house easy too. The price that they offered sold us!!!

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Luxe Ducts, and I’m beyond impressed with the results. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They brought my carpets back to life—stains and odors I thought were permanent are completely gone. The entire house feels fresher and looks so much cleaner. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my space and how quickly they got the job done without cutting corners. Highly recommend Luxe Ducts if you’re looking for quality carpet cleaning done right!

They cleaned my dryer vent and were extremely thorough and professional. I was thinking of doing it myself but would never have reached the great results from Luxe Ducts. They have high quality air compressors and vacuums and actually replaced part of my flexible vent with brand new. Would definitely recommend.

Came to clean dryer vent.
Very professional and conscientious
Had them give me a quote for HVAC duct cleaning. They'll be back in 2 weeks for that job.

Had my dryer cleaned by luxe ducts. Alfredo and Shawn were very professional and communicative. Dryer works 10x better after the service. Thank you Luxe

Alfredo and Shawn were great. Extremely professional, thorough, and willing to explain every step of the way. Scheduling was easy, and same guys who quoted the job and answered my questions got the job done for me a few weeks later.

Highly recommend!

Shawn and Alfredo just finished cleaning my carpet. They did an excellent job. They got out dirt and stains I didn't think would ever come out. They were professional and very courteous. I would definitely like them for my next cleaning.

Today, my faith in excellent customer service was restored through my experience with Luxe Ducts Service in Orland Park, IL. Alfredo and Sean represented your company exceptionally well during the duct cleaning service. They were polite, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and tidy, and they took the time to address all of my questions and / or concerns. Kudos to Alfredo and Sean for demonstrating that there are still companies committed to operating in true excellence. Job well done!

We were very impressed with the crew that came to assess our ducts. The fact that they told us we really didn’t need to clean them at this time was very much appreciated. Most companies would just recommend and schedule for the money. We will definitely work with Luxe Ducts in the future.

Dear Alfredo and Shawn,

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the professionalism you demonstrated while cleaning my air ducts. Your thorough approach and dedication to ensuring every aspect of the process was handled with care truly impressed me.

From our initial consultation through to the completion of the job, you exhibited a high level of expertise and commitment. It was evident that you prioritize customer satisfaction, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

I truly recommend Luxe Ducts for anyone in need of air duct cleaning services. Your team's quality work and attention to detail set you apart in the industry.

Thank you once again for your outstanding service!

Alfredo and Sean were awesome. They completed an all day vent cleaning job without taking a lunch break. When they finished they cleaned up afterwards like they were not even here. They showed before and after photos of my vents. Would definitely recommend Luxe as they will be cleaning my carpets in a few months.

Luxe Ducts scheduled us quickly and efficiently. Sean and Alfredo were awesome. They were friendly, polite and thorough, explained our options without trying to upsell, kept everything neat, and worked quickly. Also discovered quite a bit of “treasure” in our ducts from previous owners!😂 We are very pleased and will definitely use Luxe Ducts again.

our dryer was taking like 3 cycles to dry a normal load and i kept thinking it was the dryer itself. almost bought a new one before my neighbor mentioned it could be the vent. Chintan's came out and pulled so much lint out of the vent line it was ridiculous. like compacted chunks of it. honestly surprised it didnt catch fire. now everything dries in one cycle again and the dryer doesnt get burning hot anymore. saved me from dropping money on a new machine for no reason

Scheduling was really easy, they had availability within a few days of me reaching out which was nice since I wasn't expecting that. The tech who came for the duct cleaning walked me through what he'd be doing before starting anything, which I appreciated because I had no idea what the process involved. The whole thing was pretty low-key, they set up their equipment and worked through the house room by room. Afterward he showed me some before and after photos on his phone. The air just feels lighter in the house now if that makes any sense.

been meaning to get the ducts cleaned for a while and finally pulled the trigger. Chintan's was able to get us on the schedule pretty quick which was nice. the team that showed up was professional, covered their shoes, laid stuff down to protect the floors. they went through every vent in the house and spent extra time on the returns which apparently had the most buildup. i watched some of it and yeah there was a lot of dust and debris coming out. they also did our dryer vent while they were there since we bundled it. whole house over in Villa Park feels different now, air just moves better and theres less dust settling on surfaces. pricing was reasonable for everything that was included. no complaints really, just glad its done and off my list

Got our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned last week and the difference is pretty obvious. The dryer is running way more efficiently now - loads that used to take over an hour are done in like 40 minutes. The team that showed up was quick and knew exactly what they were doing without needing to ask us a bunch of questions. Pricing was straightforward too, no weird add-ons or surprise fees at the end. Just good, solid work that I can actually feel a difference from every time I turn on the HVAC.

Good experience with chintans. they were on time, got everything done in maybe 2 hours. all the vents look clean and the air just feels differnt now. pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes i got. the tech was chill and answered my questions no issues

Got our dryer vent cleaned out by Chintan's and the difference was immediate. Before, our dryer was taking two full cycles to dry a normal load of laundry, and the outside of the machine was getting really hot to the touch. The tech pulled out a crazy amount of lint buildup from the vent line. I had no idea how much was packed in there. After the cleaning, one cycle and everything is dry. The dryer runs cooler too which makes me feel a lot better about it from a safety standpoint. They also went through all the air ducts while they were at it. Each vent cover was removed and cleaned individually, and they used a big vacuum system connected to the main trunk line. You could see the dust and debris coming through the clear section of the hose. Pretty satisfying to watch actually. The house just smells fresher now, which is something I wasn't even expecting to notice.
