Because of health conditions in my home, I have to make sure the air is very clean. I check out all the companies that do this work and had my ducts cleaned before but this was the first time I used Quality Air, Inc. I am always concerned if I am getting the right company when I make the appointment, but after the work done by Eric, I absolutely will be using this company before. I saw his expertise immediately and his pride in his work. He is very knowledgeable and showed me the difference between his work and the previous companies. If you are getting your ducts cleaned, I would easily recommend this company.

Quality Air did a wonderful job cleaning the vents in our home! We have been in our house 8 years and never had it done. The technician that came out was very nice and professional. I have already given Quality Air's name to two people! Keep up the good work! We will definitely be calling again :)

This is the second experience with this company and both times we have been very pleased with the outcome of their visit. The technician was early in coming to the house and called to make sure it was ok to do so. After he arrived, he explained the process to us in detail, including pricing and exactly what it was he was going to do. The process was not too long and the technician showed us pictures of our ducts before the process and after the process. The outcome was a clean air duct system. I would highly recommend Quality Air to anybody in need of these services.

Dan came out and he was great! Very quick, professional and personable! It was a great deal for what we got. The same day we felt the air was cleaner already. Would definitely recommend and use them again soon.

I highly recommend Quality Air Inc. for your duct/vent cleaning needs. I called on Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technicians, Austin and Dan, arrived on-time (EXACTLY on-time, to the minute!) and were very friendly, professional, and good at explaining every aspect of the cleaning process. I liked them so much, I was honestly sad to see them go when they were finished. Thank you for the great service!

This is my third time using their services and I have received great service each time. They have done my place, my mothers place and the Condo I manage. Great quality, punctual and professional. I saw the add in the ad paper and I called and was pleasantly surprised to hear that I could be accommodated within 2 days.
The day of service I received a call at 0935am from Dan, the service tech staying he was 25 minutes out. He arrived promptly at 10:00am. He promptly began working from the inside and out. Upon completion, he explained everything to me. (What he had done, how much stuff had accumulated , preventative measures, etc.)
I found Dan to have a very pleasant “Bedside Manner” and he is certainly worthy of a “5 Star” rating in my book!

Great staff, great price and great quality. Dan and Frank were the technicians that completed the vent/duct and dryer vent cleaning. They were on time and were easy to work with. Pictures of vent were provided to show the aftermath of cleaning. I could not be happier with their staff and overall experience. Definitely recommend

Overall excellent experience with this company! I was referred to this company from someone who used them a few years ago after they also had a great experience. Cesar was able to schedule us within a week of our initial inquiry. The day of, Eric called and arrived early. He was thorough and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Called Quality Air a week before I needed my ducts cleaned. They got me an appointment the following Saturday, Eric from QA called earlier that Saturday to let me know that he can arrive ahead of schedule, got to my house 4 hours earlier than scheduled appointment (freed up my whole day!), and did a great job on cleaning all air ducts and vents. Excellent pricing, service, and no up selling on services. Eric was very professional and explained everything he was planning on doing. I will definitely be using Quality Air again in the future!

Eric was very professional and personable. He was efficient in his work and even provided us advice on how to maximize the life of our furnace. He probably saved us a costly repair. I noticed a difference immediately in our home. We will not hesitate to use Quality Air again.

Our technician Eric was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough - he even gave me a call to let me know he was running nearly an hour ahead of schedule. Never at any point during my initial phone call requesting an appointment through the completion of our air duct cleaning appointment did I even remotely feel like I was being taken for a ride. Quality Air was great. On time, answer their phone, polite, professional, knowledgeable and the shadows around our vents were cleaned away. We had a problem keeping our cats outside but the guys were very understanding. Their special price was about $150-$200 less than others I contacted. Highly recommended.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience with quality air duct cleaners. We live in an apartment and they were very happy to accommodate and work with getting the vents cleaned. There was a slight issue after the first visit but they were very responsive and had someone came back just a few days later to resolve the issue easily. Would definitely use them again!

Erik from Quality Air came to our Vernon Hills house. He did a fantastic job. He explained the process and made sure everyone was on the same page. He cleaned everything and then checked to make sure things were done.

Quality Air, Inc was phenomenal to work with. Making an appointment with them was seamless and they were very helpful. It was my first time getting duct and vent service and they answered all my questions.
Erik arrived on time and finished everything within an hour. He walked me through everything he was doing and was very thorough.
