They arrived right on time, explained the entire process clearly, and took great care to protect my home while working. I was amazed at how much dust and debris they removed from the vents — you can literally feel the difference in the air quality!

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and honesty. There were no surprise fees, and they even gave me helpful tips on how to maintain cleaner air between services.

I manage a multi-tenant office building in Oakbrook Terrace and keeping common areas, lobbies, restrooms, and suites consistently clean across multiple tenants is not simple. Helping Hands Commercial Cleaning handles our janitorial services 4 days a week plus day porter coverage and they’ve made my job significantly easier.

Every floor is covered, every tenant complaint has dropped, and the photo-verified inspection reports give me something to actually show building ownership.

They use W-2 employees only no subcontractors so the crew that knows my building shows up every time. GBAC STAR certified, ISSA and BSCAI members. For property managers running multi-tenant commercial office buildings in DuPage County, this is the janitorial company that operates at your level. Best Commercial Cleaning in Chicago ✔️

Excellent commercial cleaning service! We’ve really enjoyed working with them—honesty and transparency stand out, and communication is always great. Alexander and Elizabeth are extremely hardworking, detail-oriented, and do outstanding work.

We run a corporate headquarters in Oak Brook with high-traffic executive offices, conference rooms, and client-facing spaces that need to look flawless every day.

What matters at this level is consistency and accountability their W-2 staff means the same trained team every visit, their verified inspections mean nothing gets missed, and their GBAC STAR certification means our air quality and sanitation standards are actually being met. We love they are ISSA and BSCAI members.
