My home in Deerfield recently flooded through a toilet backup with the last storm. This toilet backup completely flooded my basement with sewage. I called emergency water removal and damage restoration come out at around 3 AM and the answer immediately. We had a team out here by 4 AM and they completely sucked up all the water began demolition the next day and completely dried out my house within five days. They dealt with the insurance completely and were very specific and easy to understand with the procedures and information that they needed from me. Highly recommend. They were also very clean and during their demo, they had almost no residual dust affect other areas of my home, which was something I was very worried about. If you have any issues in the North Shore, highly recommend.

I originally called them to my home in Northbrook to handle a mold issue that I saw persisting on my ceiling. They came in and analyzed, and it actually turned out that it was caused by a sudden and unexpected leak on the roof ! They walked me through the whole process and took care of the water remediation, as well as the mold remediation. I was fully covered by insurance so all in all it was a great service!

Unfortunately, I had My dishwasher fail, while I was out of town and away from my home in Wilmette. I called Emergency Water Removal and Damage Restoration, to see if they could help clean up and prevent any further damage. Luckily, this was the only company that was able to start work even before I got back home! We still had to redo the floors, and my kitchen was out of commission for at least a week. But at least it did not cause any further and more expensive water damage! Definitely recommend!

After a the recent storm. My basement experienced some severe flooding. It is completely finished and furnished. So we needed somebody in an emergency period. I had a drain pipe that failed on my second floor in my home in Morton Grove. This caused extensive water leak on the first floor ceiling. Thankfully, I called emergency water removal and damage restoration and they came in ASAP. They told me that the ceiling for the first floor was not salvageable so they went ahead and removed it but because my home was an older home, they even tested for asbestos. Thankfully, there was none and they did the job in no time. As far as the Drain pipe it was handled by one of their recommended plumbers and that was also very quick and courteous!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would. They were very professional, and worked hard to fit my schedule - as I had to leave in just three days - this included them giving up their Sunday to take down a tree that had been damaged by the storms and was a danger to my neighbor's property and my mothers.

The men came early as promised and worked almost without pause for the next 7 hours. They protected the yard, house and the neighbor's property and cleaned up everything! I have worked with few companies in the past who have done their job as well and do it with such enthusiasm.
