After a storm recently, I called accredited roofing for a storm damage assessment. They came to my house immediately and performed an assessment and provided a written summary when the adjuster came, they helped with the Inspection. All interactions with the owner and the inspector were truly outstanding. They immediately ordered the shingles and scheduled the installation. We could not be more thrilled with the work they did and the team they sent to install the roof. Our roof looks outstanding many thanks to the team. I could not recommend them more.

Steve and his team did a fabulous job with my insurance claim. He worked with the inspector and pointed out several additional items that insurance covered to maximize my claim. We were able to get new roof, skylights, chimney top, screens, and interior ceilings. Then in executing the work, he had masterful teams that were fast, professional and clean. They really did a great job taking care of my house and did the job right. He’ll do the same for you.

Accredited is a great company. I was a little nervous since we live in St. Louis and their home headquarters is in Illinois, but no need to be. They had someone at my house the next day to give us an estimate of what they thought was gonna happen then they actually met with our insurance adjuster when he came and everything they recommended he accepted, which was great for us. In addition all of our skylights were damaged and we were expecting another big rain storm. Our insurance company recommend that we have them all trapped. One call to Chris and we had folks out before the rain to tarp everything. We did not have to argue with the insurance company about anything. They put our roof on a week ago and it looks great.they worked with the insurance company on our skylights because ours were no longer in production. Bottom line Chris and Steve worked hard for us and still keep in touch regularly as the other work is getting done. Thanks Accredited. 5 star company.

From day one, Accredited Roofing was very speedy with my request on evaluating my roof for a leak. They worked with my budget and was able to get the price even lower than what was previously quoted. What I like most is that they did not rush me into getting the work done and they were also able to schedule and complete the work all in one day.

I feel like I need to share a review because I seem to be an outlier. I used this company from a recommendation and all of the reviews were good but my experience was not. I had a tree fall on my house and I hired them for the roofing and interior damage on my house. They did good work however they contracted the repair out to someone else and those particular people were at my home until 830 PM and then knocked on my door angry about not getting payment. I knew nothing about this and Steve was kind enough to come by my house and take care of it but it was incredibly unprofessional and very uncomfortable as a home owner. They ended up having to redo all the work those people did which just meant more days I had to deal with my roof being repaired. I'm not sure how those people got hired but if I had another choice I would have just told Accredited to not come back and I would find someone else to finish the job. Then they had an interior guy come in to fix the holes in my kitchen and yes he did a good job but he was late both days and I had to move my schedule around the second day to accommodate him coming by. These may seem like trivial problems to some but with having roof repairs done before these are never problems I have dealt with with other companies. I felt I should share my experience with this company and maybe mine is the only poor experience. I wish I could give them a better review or recommend them to other people but unfortunately I cant. Steve was helpful and I appreciate that but I really did not have a good experience with this company.

Bob is AmaZing! He answered my phone calls and questions regarding my roof and he kept me up to date with the timeframes of getting my roof repair work completed. On Monday, I got an estimate of the roof needs and then on Thursday the work was completed.

Steven and his team were amazing with their response time and repair time! I couldn’t recommend them enough. I can't say enough good things about Accredited Roofing! From the initial contact to the final cleanup, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and great care. My mom had a bad experience regarding communication, scheduling, and being informed about the available material options. After questioning the material options, they lied and said we picked something else when we didn't decide, and then they realized (months later) they had dropped off the wrong information on the materials. The whole process took months of back and forth communication, sometimes going days without responses, and ultimately, no roof or siding was installed. We went through the insurance company by ourselves and had money dropped off. After considering everything, we pulled out, despite the other reviews. The only positive was when we initially called, they sent someone out who looked at the leak, took pictures, and caulked around it, along with educating me on what had happened that other contractors didn't.

Thank you for asking me to submit a review for the work that Accredited Roofing did for me. After approximately 27 phone calls and NUMEROUS text messages since 3/24/25, my hail damage work has finally been completed as of 8/11/25. The insurance company denied the hail damage for my roof but did approve the small amount of damage to my siding, gutters and window wraps. I feel like since I did not have a ‘big’ ticket roof repair that they were no longer interested in servicing me. So many promises of ‘you are on our schedule’ and no communication of what that date and time would be. Found out there is no schedule, just a list and they will get to me whenever. Contractors showing up unannounced or not showing up at all when they were supposed to. I do feel like the work that was done was satisfactory but there seems to be a lack of communication between the office, my contact and the contractors. I was invoiced and asked for payment since my job was complete. It was not complete at all…still waiting on the final piece of it to even be started. Office contact stated that she was told it was complete. Received another email a week later requesting payment again since the job was complete and called and spoke to office contact again to tell her that the work still has not been done and she was positive my work had been done since she received an invoice from the contractors and had already paid them. I assured her the work had not even been started. She was insistent that the work had been done and said my contact would be out to do the final inspection and I could give him a check then. He came out and saw the work had not been done and again, that I am on the schedule but could not give me a date or time. At this point I’m done with this company and whenever they come, they come. I wasn't chasing them down anymore to find out what is going on. Worker did not show up on the day that I was promised, but showed up the next day. I did relay my thoughts on this whole project to my contact when he came for the final inspection and gave him a check for final payment, which was promptly cashed the same day. I do not know how this company has so many good reviews other than they are all for roofing jobs, not small jobs like mine.
